today IS a new day and I will start it off with a peice of advice to apply to yesterday: "Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much." - Oscar Wilde Bfast: eggs & whole wheat toast snack: WC oatmeal Lunch: protien shake snack: protien bar (planned) dinner: (planned) chicken breast and stir fried veggies (leftovers) Water: doing ok Vitamins: 1/2 in Exercise: 2.5 miles on the elliptal machine at 5-6 mph Your turn. I thought I should try this Bfast: 16 oz of 2% milk-how I start every day and 1 cup of dry cereal, today special K with protein snack: turkey cheese roll up Lunch: chicken breast with fat free dressing snack: more special K with protein-dry dinner: going out to eat, probably filet mignon night time---16 oz of 2% milk-how I end every day Water: excellent Vitamins: 1/2 in Exercise: 10 minutes on eliptical

Breakfast: Cup of coffee Snack: Hand full of FRESH Lay's potato chips Lunch: 1/2 bowl French Onion Soup ( I did eat all the cheese off the top tho) unsweet tea Dinner: It's date night.. so I'm not quite sure what I'll have... Snack: Nothing... Water: Working on it Vitamins: Yep Exercise: I keep lifting my feet looking for SNAKES!!!!

Breakfast....protein bar snack...protein shake lunch...grilled chicken and salad snack...will have a protein bar dinner....chicken and I haven't decided what else to fix...any sugestions? water...yes vits 2/4 exercise...YES...today I had my butt kicked by a 4 1/2 month pregnant woman. I am not ashamed to say it because I was NOT the only one in there sucking air for an hour!!!! Melissa
