**What did you eat today? - Tuesday**
I'm not doing well. Even after loosing 128 pounds, its hard. I hope that newbies realize this. Its a day to day struggle, I always have to fight the urge to eat when something is bothering me. Today, I'm loosing the struggle. I am human.
Breakfast - 1/2 banana with peanut butter
snack - top of a pizza with mushrooms and olives
lunch - 3 small rolls with butter over the period of 2 hours
snack -skinny NSA vanilla latte
dinner - chicken breast, spinach with cheese on top
Dr. Byrne, my friends, and family consider me successful with my WLS. I'm glad that I have this board to talk to about my failure days. Thanks for accepting me and my faults unconditionally.

lunch: enchilada casserole & pinto beans
snack: nope!
dinner: probably cereal... I have that MUSC seminar tonight so I will be home late!
Water: alittle
Exercise: walked at lunch
Vitamins: biotin
