Been grazing today.
wake-up: decaf coffee w/ splenda and SF creamer
0730: 1/2 south beach wrap meal
0830: Nectar protein drink
1000: other 1/2 of SB wrap meal
1200: some of a chicken strip and 1/2 of a grilled chicken leg
3pm: peaches and strawberries w/splenda
supper: stir-fry steak and veggies
water- good
vits- good
exercise- yard work?

Maybe we could....ummmm...define "the man"...because......(wimper) I seem to be "the (only) man" here...........and ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Maybe we could define "the man" and that other ouchy word "stick it".......
Men usually don't like to here the word "stick it" in any sentence referring to themselves

Bfast: Kashi cereal bar & apple
Snack: nothing
Lnch1/2 of Jason's Lt Club Slimwich &steamed Veg & a littleice cream(I'm only human)
Snack: I used all my calories at lunch so 1 3oz can of tuna
Dinner: I have no idea yet
Water: 48oz so far
Vit: Yes
Exercise: 30 min of elliptical before my son's Ball game tonight
breakfast....protein bar
snack...protein shake
lunch....lean cuisine chicken fettucini 23 grams of protein
snack...will have a protein bar
dinner....chicken is thawing and probably salad
water....yes
vits...3/4
exercise....not today....haven't had much spare time...possibly going to a step class tonight. Kathy, do you want to meet me? I have a free 3 day pass for a friend. It starts at 7.
