A little late, but here I go...
Bfast: eggs and instant cheese grits
Snack: Protien bar
Lunch: Sushi - yummy!
Snack: sunflowers seeds and pretzels
Dinner: I don't know yet
Water:FABULOUS!
Vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: No time today!!! Part of why I was so grumpy this AM. Grrrrr...Day one of my challenge down the drain! I'm gonna have to make up for it tomorrow!
Hi Kathy...after eating my way around California, I am back on the straight and narrow.
Early a.m. Protein shake
Breakfast - kashi bar
lunch - 1/2 ceasar salad with chicken added
snack - protein shake
dinner - Chic-filet chicken and fruit salad with ranch dressing - YUMMMMm
Water - yep
vits - yep
exercise - not today. I am staying at a friends dog-sitting for the next couple of days while she is in the hospital and probably won't get back to my routine until Saturday.
On a good note, I didn't gain any weight in CA - Yipeeeee!
