What's your Favorite?
Good for you Mary!!!! I am happy for you going. I don't know that I have a favorite thing to do, but this is what I did this morning...15 minutes on the recumbant bike (titch over 5 miles), 15 minutes on the treadmeal (1 mile), then about 35 to 40 minutes on machine working arms, legs and abs. I did not do too much on my abs (hubby and I were acting like kids yesterday playing around and I think he bruised one of my ribs). When I started on one of the things that nearly kills me (every time) it really started to hurt so I had to stop.
I did enjoy that 20/20/20 class last week and Marcey and I decided to do one hour class a week for now. I think we are going to do it this week on Friday.
It really doesn't matter what you go in there and do as long as you do it!!!!! Yay for Mary!!!!!

see if they have an urban rebounding class! i loveddddd it! its in the dark with black lights on, with music and youre on a mini trampoline and its awesome.. really works that butt too! im going to charlotte for a specialist about my tailbone june 5th, hopefully i will get it fixed somehow so i can get into my triathlon training again i miss riding my bike
