Joel is Home...

Hey everyone, Joel is home and doing well...someone was supposed to post for me but it looks like they didn't...ANYWAYS, surgery went as planned and and he is just glad to be home!! Unfortunately pain meds don't affect Joel like they should so there wan't much rest, but is resting better in his own bed! Thanks again to all you guys you are awesome!! Patti told me what great friends you all are and she is right... ~ Deidre

YaY!! Joel is a LOSER! Now, baby him like crazy for the next few days. He's gonna be wondering what the heck he got himself into. Sip , sip , sip and walk, walk, walk. The more he passes gas, the better he will feel. It will pay off when its your turn, provided of course that is still the plan. I am so glad everything went ok! Kathy

Yeah, I agree..baby him a lot even though it is mothers day. Not only drink drink drink, but work on protein intake. Nothing like sleeping in your own bed again. Welcome to the losers!

He is being babied...more than usual...lol!! we have already had 25 g of protein and got up early and went to the flea market on hwy 101 (which is the best on around!) and walked a couple of aisles...now he is worn out!! We finally got some sleep so we are much better. I told him that I am ready now...I'd do it tomorrow!! I hope you all have a great day and Happy Mother's Day you guys, you mom's are AMAZING!!!
