Palmetto Baptist in Columbia?

Hey all! I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about this hospital. What are the rooms like? I have a year old, will she be able to visit? Is there somewhere my hubby can stay the night with me? What else is there to know? Thanks all!

I had surgery at LMC, but I would think that your daughter would be able to visit. And I imagine your husband can stay in the room with you. My mother stayed with me at night. Just know that you won't rest well as nurses are in every few hours waking you up!

Hey there! My doctor was Dr. *****ett as well. From what I remember(I was outof it most of the time) my husband stayed with me the whole time, in the room. I have 3 kids. They were 6, 2, and 8 months when I got the surgery done and they did come to visit. I am a wimp though and I really do not remember much of anything! But it was a nice place to stay and the nurses were great!! Good luck with everything! Jodie

Hey. I am pretty familiar with Baptist. You can bring 1 year old to visit. Hubby can stay with you overnight. They have those big chairs that make into beds. I feel comfortable with the staff at Baptist.

Hi Erica. I had my surgery done at Baptist 7 weeks ago. Dr.Tribble. I thought they were great! My husband stayed with me, and the nurses were really nice too. I was on the 9 floor, the room was fairly big. I had alot of company come in. Who is your Dr.? In humble oppion Dr. Tribble and Dr. *****ett are the best! Baptist is a good hospital too.
