**What did you eat today?-Tuesday**
Ok here is confession time...
Bfast - kashi bar but the dang thing had 31 g of sugar....too late...didn't know until I started feeling dizzy
snack - peanut butter crackers
Lunch - hamburger patty, about 10 french fries, cantelope
snack - cheeze its (1:30) because I eat so damn early
Snack - 4 chicken nuggets
dinner - whole wheat spaghetti with lean meat sauce.
Snack - maybe some strawberries!!!

My eating sucked today.
Breakfast_ boiled egg, cottage cheese, fruit cup ( I'm boring, I know)
Pre- lunch- nadda
Lunch- slice of turkey with about 4 bites of dressing, two bites of mac and cheese, and about 4 pieces of okra. ( hospital food, yuk!)
Pre-supper- protein mixed in a yogurt smoothie ( not exactly appetizing)
Supper- salad with 5 whole wheat crackers
Water, maybe 30 oz. definetly not enough
vitamins- yes
exercise- pushed at least 6 patients on beds from the PACU to their rooms, and took the stairs back down ( 4 flights each time). I would go up them, but it's hard getting a bed with the patient in it up 4 flights of stairs, just a tad bit hard and bumpy, lol.Then walked with hubby and dog over the river and through the woods when I got home.
