Alright now, DON'T think I didn't notice that some of you are avoiding this post.
Time to fess up.
Bfast: eggs w/ salsa, banana AND whole wheat toast (plain) I woke up really hungry
snack: protien bar
Lunch: shredded stewed chicken and taco meat w/ cheese (more leftovers)
snack: not hungry, but I'll probably have a protien shake a little later so I am not starving at dinner
Dinner: I have NO idea
Water: GREAT
Vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: brisk walk around the track for about 30 minutes at lunchtime

B: Leftover steak quesadilla wedge from last night
S: nothing
L: I scraped the top off a slice of sausage pizza ... so some sausage and cheese, mostly. They don't call me a gourmet for nuthin'.
S: 4 bites of watermelon and 4 Starbursts (2 pinks, a red, and an orange) (Damn you.)
D: (planned) I'm grilling burgers and hotdogs, and preparing a fresh veggie and dip platter ... Em's boyfriend is coming for supper. I'll eat a burger with no bun, and some veggies.
Water: Love it
Vitamins: Half done
Exercise: Nothing today. (Tomorrow, tomorrow.)
I have been avoiding this post but only because I've been too lazy to type.
Bkfst: three Swedish meatballs(leftovers)
snak: 1/2 south beach bar
lunch: 1/2 south beach wrap dinner (haven't cooked yet today) and 3-4 sliced strawberries w/spenda
snak: other 1/2 of south beach meal
dinner: Salisbury steak with mixed veggies and maybe some more strawberries(I do this every spring, just can't get enough)
coffee- always
water-good
vits-good
exercise- flailing around like a drunken sot to my ancient tae-bo tape..curse you billy blanks!!
Breakfast: left over qusadessia from last night, and two chocholate covered almonds
Midmorning: cheese and crackers
Lunch: frozen 1/3 of cheese/spinish pizza
Midafternoon: orange and two slices of turkey
Dinner: WHo knows
Water: 32 oz so far
VItamins: Glad you reminded me, forgot my morning ones.
Exercise: Not allowed, but I am going to watch a friends son take his swiming lessons this evening does that count?

Breakfast....kashi's cereal with skim milk
snack...protein shake
lunch...turkey and cheese on 1 slice whole wheat bread and 2 small pickle spears
snack...protein bar...but I still wanting something else and the cheese nips are calling out to me!!!
dinner...not sure yet...probably chicken something
water...3 bottles so far
vits 2/4
exercise...no way today....no time and I can hardly move to wipe my butt after yesterday ( i know... TMI, sorry)

d - pulled barbeque and whatever else they have at the dinner were going to.

Vitamins 3/4 of the way
Exersize - Well I cleaned and washed my car but like Melissa i'm so sore from yesterdays exersize someone send me some Loritab.

I have a question.... you guys do this post everyday... and the food is always all over the place... except for the water part!
SO...............Since I havent had surg yet.... What is the daily goal?

DINNER: Hopefully fish ( for some reason I just cant get enough of it lately) Maybe my hubby will take me for Sushi....

Dinner: talipa, vegi yellow rice, green beans with potatoes & fried okra (for my son, yuck, not me)
I just have such a hard time eating at all. Not as far as my tummy goes, but my head says it doesn't want to eat, it's not hungry.

I hate owning up to what I DON'T eat, so I somehow skip this post. I guess I should vow to NOT skip this post so I can be accountable.
