Found my old tae-bo tapes..yes I said tapes..and tried to do one and OMG I am sooo out of shape!! I cleaned off the treadmill in the garage and we are moving it into the spare room today. Maybe it won't try to kill me if I stroke it gently and speak in a soft voice.. y'know, like a horse.
