Praise God

Well we went to court today and was awarded temporary custody with her having no visitation. She lied so bad that she couldn't keep up with them all. He caught her in so many lies. She said I was an one and off again babysitter. He ask her how much she paid me and she said I would not accept any money. He ask her if she was going to pick him up tonight like she did last night and she said no because they won't let me see him. When he asked her if she was a drug addict she said no. He said so when we do a hair folicle test it will come back negative. She was floored and said she smoked pot 4 weeks ago. Then she brought another man claiming to be the father. After we have already gotten a dna done 2 years ago. And the father was there on our side. He asked the man how long he had known he was the father and he said since birth and he ask how much he had paid in support and he said none. He said you cannot walk in here after 4 years and say your the father of this child. Then he said It takes more than a sperm donor to be a father. Then our attorney presented the dna test and the guy left. He asked her is she had a job and she said no. He said why and she said its a long story. She said she didn't have time to get an attorney and then turned around when he asked her if she had pending charges for armed robbery. She said her attorney advised her not to discuss that with him and he said he took that as a yes. She said we hang up on her and we won't let her have him. She then did the lowest of all lows. See Scotts daughter Beverlee was killed in 2003 when she ran out into the street and wa**** by a truck. Kristie said she feared for Gabriels life because we didn'****ch her and she got killed. He said well it must not have bothered you since you say they watch him for you. She said she fears for him now. And she needs to get him so she can raise him right. But that was a low blow and it hurt Scott deeply. Beverlee was 11 when she died and it was horrible and we got Gabriel after that. She was being mean. But anyway we have temp custody and we have to get a guardian ad litem and from what the judge says she will need to come up with some money for that. But she does get a court appointed attorney. Praise God!!!! I am so glad that things went that way. I know that judge, and he doesn't play. He didn't do what was in the best interest for you or her, he did what was best for that baby. That was so aweful of her to take such a low blow. I know the judge saw her for what she was. Now lets get ready for the next step. I hope you rest well tonight. GOD IS GOOD!!!! Miserable people love company.... and they alway**** below the belt! So.... just remember that GOD knows the truth and knows everyones intentions. You cant fool HIM!!! He will take care of it all. Theres no need to pray if youre gonna worry!!! SO... PRAY, DONT WORRY!!! PS I have an 8 yr old lil boy... if you ever need boy clothes, let me know! I am so glad you got a judge that saw through this. She must be fooling herself to think that people will believe such outrageous lies. I'm sorry that you and DH had to tolerate her saying those awful things about his daughter. Desperate people will go to deperate measures. When this is over, you will probably never have to worry about her again. Then your mind can be at peace and Gabriel can have a normal happy life. I am so happy for you. Kathy
