I LOVE LOVE LOVE pizza. I hate I can't eat it without getting sick. I found a mild substitute. At Bloom I found a lo-carb wrap. It has 13G of protein. I take the wrap-13G protein Add mozzarella cheese-protein Put on some chicken I cooked off, or ham or turkey-all protein Drizzle on fat free italian dressing-zero sugars, zero fat Bake in the toaster oven. It comes out crispy, thin like a pizza. I usually don't fini**** all, but I know its great on protein-and it gets rid of my pizza cravings. I did a flat bread-also at Bloom- with marinara and cheese, and had no problem at all. The flatbread is light so it doesn't sit like pizza dough does, and since you make it you control how much cheese goes on. I like light sauce on mine I hope this helps Chris

I need to get some of those lo carb wraps. I make Italian chicken wraps all the time. My hubby loves them. I usually use the regular flour tortilla wraps, though. I have never used anything but chicken, little onion, little lettuce, little cheese, sometimes a little tomato and Good Seasonings Italain dressing. That is the only one my hubby really likes. Tons of fat, but if I only use a little its ok, right? That's what I tell myself. I will have to try turkey sometime. Melissa

Try cooking the wrap like a pizza in the toaster oven. Flat like a pizza-its really good On Friday nights we would buy the dough from Wedgy's (papa johns won't sell you the dough, but Wedgy's does)( only $1 or $2 a dough ball) and we would make pizza on family night; tossing and spinning it and having fun. I made this so I could still eat with the family on pizza night and not feel so left out.

It does---I'm 29lbs to goal and I'm 4 months out. The last 30 are the hardest-from what I have read. I'm trying to make the most out of the first 6 months

Thank you. I work around food all day so I actually think that helps. When your around food all the time-you don't want to eat it anymore. But-I can pick out the good stuff like chicken breast and eat that whenever I want to-and that helps too Good luck on the pizza making. We got a pizza baking stone and it really works well. Tossing the dough is not hard once you get the motion down. We usually get 6 doughs, 2 for pizza's and 4 for spinning and throwing Thats also great about your 20/20/20 class. Its great that you go. It seems like it is SUCH a great workout Chris

I am definitely going to try the pizzas with my kids!! As for the class....it was my first EVER workout class. It was awesome. I am feeling some muscle that I did not know that I had, but I know it will get better. I am just glad to get myself in the gym. In my presurgery days, I was known to do the "gym driveby". I'd pull in the parking lot, see some skinny woman and that would be all it would take to get me to put my car in reverse and pull out of the parking lot before even turning the car off My husband just could not understand the embarrassment that I felt. NOW, when I tell him what I am doing in the gym, it is way more than his workouts. Granted I have more time than he does, but it feels so good to hear him say, "dang baby!!" Now as to the post you put up on the other thread.....Oh Chris your picture is soooo!!!!! Sorry, I am a happily married woman who has been fat for years. I don't know how to give out a compliment to a man unless its my hubby!!! Isn't that sad!!!! Melissa
