Bfast: eggs w/salsa, banana
Snack: TRIPLE SF vanilla nonfat latte
Lunch: a little bit of everything, this cheesy chicken dip stuff, a soft beef taco and some black beans (leftovers)
Snack: nothing, I just want to not feel full right now
Dinner: don't know...maybe shrimp & veggie fajitas?
Water: GREAT!
vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: Ummmm...what's that?
Believe it or not, my triceps are sore from all the tortillas I made on Saturday. Trying to roll them out thin turned out to be a pretty good workout.

Been a busy day, they are making me work !! Imagine that!!
Breakfast: protein shake (boring)
no snacks
Lunch: I live 5 minutes from work so I went home and tossed in some laundry, put on some beef to brown for spaghetti tonight and changed into shorts and a tank top and I sat out on my deck for about 30 minutes trying to get some sun on my bright white legs. Grabbed a pack of peanut butter crackers on the way out the door.
Dinner: Spaghetti
water: 40 oz
Exercise: walked 2 miles before work this morning
vitamins: I took my last one yesterday, gotta go by the store on the way home.
