all that I can think about is a big cup of Chick Fil A ice cream. Why do I want this. Why am I even thinking about this. Its bad enough I ate all weekend. What can I have that will take care of this craving.

May, can you get it and have just a couple of bites and then toss it? Or.... can you use it as a reward for yourself when you reach a certain goal that is on your list? Sometimes that is what I do. (unless it is going to make you sick... then scrap all of these ideas.... !!) I honestly dont know what this is, because we dont have chick fila here in boston, but I have seen them when I have visited my sister in va) I am sending you a hug... and I hope your cravings go away. I have been craving all kinds of bad things lately too. xo

Mary.. DO NOT DO IT... do something else to get that ice cream off your mind... My first "official dump" after WLS was on Ice Cream.. lesson learned... I haven't touched the stuff since then... It's not worth it Mary.. you'll be kicking yourself after.. so don't put yourself through it now!

Maybe it will help you to know that my "Weekend of Intestinal Distress" was caused, in part, by a beautiful bowl of Edy's No Sugar Added Butter Pecan ice cream on Thursday evening. It tasted so good. And it hurt SO DAMN BAD. I need to somehow master the "one bite" rule for things such as this. One bite ... even two bites ... that's the secret. Whole serving = Misery. For me, the ice cream fun is over. I'm done. I wish I had a magic cure for you, Mary ... maybe something else frozen, like a no sugar fruit popsicle? Or chew some minty gum, and think about how gorgeous you are!

Hey! The small cone is only like 140 calories but like Kathy said it gives me terrible, stinky, run people out of the room, kind of gas!!! But, if you are like me, it's worth it. Stick with a cone, you get a smaller portion and a yummy cone. Rachel

For some reason today I have been craving something sweet and rarely do. I went to Ye Old Fashioned Ice Cream and got a sugar free protein milkshake. They make it with a sugare free chocolate and vanilla swirl ice cream and GNC chocolate protein powder but they do add a little milk to it and it is regular milk and I usually can not drink milk but I did fine. Every time I tried this before I dumped probably from the milk and I don't do SF well, but when I crave it will work. It was good though and it was better than getting the real thing and getting so sick and it has protein....woohoo. I have never bought GNC protein powder but I like it. Anyways, just thought I would share in case anyone is away from home during the day craving something bad. I was thinking about a protein bar but they aren't good enough to satisfy my cravings. Tina
