**What did you eat today? - Thursday**

I don't want to be here at work!!! Someone save me! I absolutely RESENT not being independantly wealthy... Today I've had Bfast: cereal, skim milk, banana Snack: protien bar, some pistachios Lunch: 2 tacos from Jack in the box Snack: I don't know, I'm pretty full right now. If I get hungry, I'll have a protien shake Dinner: another protien shake and 2 gallons of Milk of Magnesia (I feel like I need to be rotor rootered out...) Water: Pretty good Vitamins: 1/2 in Exercise: nothing I CAN NOT MAKE MYSELF GET BACK IN THE GROOVE!!!

Kathy.. we had a choice.. be born wealthy .. or GOOD LOOKING.. Someday.. we'll hit the lotto.. and then we WILL have it all !!! B: Cottage Cheese w/wheat crackers S: 1/2 protein bar L: Frozen Lasagana Entree S: Nothing D: not sure Water: On my second bottle Vitamins: yep Exercise: I took at nap in the breakroom at lunch.. does that count ?

Breakfast....protein shake snack...nothing...running errands lunch....left over steak tips with salad snack....nothing yet, but I am sure it will be a protein bar dinner...leftover taco meat, rice and cheese. I am sure there is a name for it I just don't know what it is water...yes,,,yes,,,yes vits... still haven't made it to Walgreens....going tomorrow I promise exercise...30minutes of cardio/ 30 minutes of resistance training! i havent done very well.. b-ham and cheese crosanwich from burger king.. no snack l-4 nuggets and a fruit n yogurt salad thingy should i be able to eat all that? no snack d-dont know yet vits-half in water-diet coke today eek exercise-went running, 2 laps around the neighborhood last night.. im tired today! jen

Kathy, you are my hero for speaking for the rest of us that are too chicken! (ME) B:yogurt S:individual popcorn L:small salad with ham,cheese,sunflower seeds,eggs S:dunno no? D:what ever I pull out of the air when I get home Vit:not yet, but tonight Water:1/2 in Exercise:cleaning house tonight Hope everyone is having a great Thursday... one to go until the weekend. breakfast: protein shake Snack: nothing Lunch: went to this new little bistro place with some of the ladies from the office that opened on main street last week. Probably my last time there. Had salad and cup of soup. Supposed to have been loaded baked potato soup, but it was nasty, almost brown with hard chucks of potatoes and big pieces of raw looking bacon floating around. I did manage to eat a couple of cucumbers and some tomato out of the salad, then came back to the office hungry and ate some peanut butter cookies. Dinner: Probably will do a protein shake and get out in my yard and work at the weeds some more before it gets dark Water: almost thru with 2nd bottle Exercise: met one of the girls at work 45 minutes early and walked our 2 miles before it got too hot vitamins: yes

Kathy, don't worry. When I win the lottery,I'll share with you. bfast - strawberries snack: protein bar Lunch: 1/2 club sand from mcalisters and fruit snack: I'm eating combos now..... 240 cals - 5 protien!!! What would michelle say Dinner: who knows??? Water: pretty good vit - 1/2 exercise - nope...gotta get back in the groove with you kathy
