I do. I had my surgery with Dr Bour on December 20th. I was the ONLY ONE in that week to have surgery so when I went to my nutrition classes-I didn't meet a soul. It was just Michelle and I. I've been to several support group meetings. I'm now down 114lbs since optifast and 90 since surgery. And-I don't think I've ever spoke at a meeting-I'm quiet. 6'4", white guy, age 43, I was at the last meeting on Monday... I don't know how to post a picture. I'm lost when it comes to my profile. I'm lucky I made one....is it hard to do? Chris
