I was trying really hard to be good today and I ALMOST made it...
Bfast: Slim fast high protien shake
Snack: banana & NSA fudgesicle
Lunch: Chef Salad (mostly ate the cheese and turkey out of it) and a coffee w/ splenda
Snack: chex mix - the CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER kind...ugh about 100 calories worth...
Dinner: If I can stick to it, another protien shake..maybe I'll make this one a double...
Water: GREAT
vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: I don;t know I have got to do something, but the sleepiness is taking over again!
I've done pretty good, but the munchies are setting in now. Had my 6 month checkup this morning. Down 66 pounds, got about 50 to go to be where I want to be.
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: 1/4 of a ham salad sandwich and 1/2 of a small apple
Snack: just got back from the breakroom, got a pack of pretzels
exercise: walked to the breakroom
Vitamins: yes
Water: about 25-30 oz so far
Here goes.....
Breakfast....several handfuls of Kashi's dry cereal
snack......protein shake
lunch....steak tips and salad
snack....protein bar
dinner....not sure yet
water...oh yeah!!!
vits....no ( need to get to walgreens)
exercise....30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of resistance training. thanks to Marcey....I wanted to stop and go home after the first 5 minutes!!!!!

L: Weigh****chers Turkey Frozen entree

D: I've planned to grill burgers tonight...
Water: On my second bottle
Vitamins: Yep
Exercise: I plan on walking around my sub-divison passing out a flyer about the up comming sub-division yard sale I will be hosting!! It's 1.4 miles all the way around

lunch: south beach diet kungpo chicken or something like that.... ( didn't stay down)
snack: none
dinner: will be 1/4 cup of cabbage and cornbeef stuff cooking in crockpot
water: 60 ozs.. WOOT
vits: 2 this morning and will do 2 more tonight
exercise: not today... felt too tired too
so far a pretty good day yes?

Today has been pretty good so far but I have Mah Jongg tonight and that means some extra grazing.
Breakfast - Slice of multigrain brad with p-nut butter & dab of strawberry preserves
Protein Drink on way to work
Snack - Some pecans
Lunch - Few bites of a BBQ sandwich
Snack - Protein bar & more pecans
Dinner - probably none but will have some munchies at Mah Jongg
Water - about 1/2
Vitamins - about 1/2
Exercise - I drove a 5-speed today, lots of leg action!
I'm pretty boring when it comes to eating, almost the same thing everyday for me.
Pre-breakfast two hours before I ate breakfst- crystal lite with 2 scoops of unjury.
Breakfast- one boiled egg, cottage cheese with fruit cup.
pre-lunch- another glass of crystal lite with 2 scoops of unjury.
Lunch- canned chicken on a tortilla wrap with provolone cheese.
pre-supper- about a 1/4 cup of soy nuts
Supper- grilled steak about 6 shoe string french fries oven baked, small salad.
Water- about 30 oz so far
vits- yes
exercise- I actually worked out with a personal trainer today. I'm hoping to get the money to be able to use her for two months, but its expensive so I have a lot of saving up to do, but I think it will be worth the money.
PS. I stopped saying snack on my food list because when I met with Michelle the nut. Monday, everytime I said the word snack she raised her eyebrow and then asked why am I saying snack, that we arent suppose to be snacking but eating 5 regular meals. So I explained thats what I call it when I dont eat a whole meal, she wasnt too happy about that, lol. OK, so for now its going to be pre everything lol.
