Ok. Marcey and I can vouge (sp) for this shake...it is AWESOME!!! They call it Tropical Breeze at the gym she and I go to. One scoop of vanilla protein powder...I use the cheap stuff from Walmart About 3/4 cup pineaple juice. I used some can pineapple and it was fine. 1/2 banana ice Mix it all in the blender and it is awesome. It is sweet, but not too sweet. The pineapple cuts the whey taste and you can not even taste the protein. It also gives it a tangy flavor. Melissa

Yum i've been thinking that everyone should post a recipe to give us all new ideas. Here' my latest favorite 2 scoops chocolate powder 1/4 cup coffee or some instant coffee 1/2 or so cup water ice 1 or two sweet and lows or equal mix in blender, yummy iced mocha shake, makes two servings

That does sound yummy. I think I will head to the grocery store to pick up the ingredients. Thanks for the tip! Julie

I just made up one, here goes... 1 scoop Nectar carribean cooler protein powder 1 cup 100% orange juice 8 oz water 5 ice cubes Shake till your arm nearly falls off and it is a frothy delicious tropical drink. I guess if it's really hot outside you can add more ice, toss it all in the blender and make an icy tropical cooler.

While we're talking protein here, does it make a difference if you make the shakes in advance? Or should I just make them right before I am ready to drink them?
