Another update on Gabriel

So today we go back to the lawyer to sign more papers. They are always telling me one thing then someone else telling me another. Day before yesterday Sharon said we had to do a financial statement. Yesterday Rhonda said we did not have to. Then today Sharon said we do. They served her yesterday but was waiting on a court date which we got. Monday at 4. Rhonda said if they cannot find her to serve with the date they will go without her. Then today Sharon says if they cannot find her to serve her today with the date and time of the hearing then they have to reschedule. She gets 5 days notice and today if the 5. Then if they don't find her she will have 30 days from yesterday to contact them or an attorney to contact them on her behalf... Gosh I am so confused. Totally tired, Jennifer

Jennifer, I know this is draining you but it will be over soon. People like her should have no rights after this long. It looks like you are playing the waiting game and that baby deserves it. You will look back on it later and it will not seem like it was so hard. I totally know what you are feeling. That little boy is lucky to have you and your family. If you need anything let me know. Thanks Tina...He is worth everything to me. I just do not understand why it is so hard. She just keeps going and going and seems to find people to feel sorry for her all the time. After being in jail over and over again for not paying her child support I think she should be given a sentence of at least 6 months. To just sit there and think about how it feels to have nothing. But they always let her go. Now shes hidding and they will not find her. I am calling her bondsman tomorrow to make them find her so she can be served. I am tired of these legal games. This baby needs the security and love we have been giving him. She is not willing to do anything for him. She always says shes a single mother and I have a husband. Well I have been a single mom to 4. And there are plenty of single moms who take care of their children. Anyway, I just needed to vent..I have PMS real bad...Love to all Jennifer
