Breakfast - chicken salad with raisins
Snack - special k bar
lunch - meat from a roast beef sandwich, not much
snack - chicken salad a few spoonfuls
dinner - cheese from 1 piece of pizza.
water - soso
vitamins - yes
exercise - not yet

well I've did a ok day I think
brkfast: 2 cups of coffee (tried protein in it and barfed)
snack: handfull of fresh strawberries
lunch: chicken thigh (well 2 small bites... my doggie baby ate the rest)
snack: none
dinner: small slice of a deli roastiser (sp) chicken ... 4 bites of greenbeans
snack: none
vits: 2 this morning and since been awhile since I've had them will have 2 more this evening
water: not so good
exercise: cleaning house count? worked for 3 hours straight
After my meeting with Michelle, the nut. which was yesterday, she said I seemed to be doing good on the eating part but to make sure I add the extra protein as a meal when I can't eat 5 meals a day. So.... I had two scoops of unjury with crystal lite at 4:00 this morning, then the rest of the day is as follows:
Breakfast- one boiled egg, cottage cheese, fruit
Snack: one graham cracker with peanut butter, skim milk- 1/2 the small carton because it was mostly frozen.
Lunch- canned chicken on a wrap with provalone cheese, carrot slices.
snack- none
Supper- left over half of grilled pork chop, rice and black beans
snack- sourdough cracker with peanut butter
Water- not much today maybe 30 ounces.
vitamins- yes
exercise- I worked 14 hours today, so yes. I met a personal trainer at work today and I am getting a free session tomorrow with her. Maybe I will like it and then I will have to rob a bank to pay for it. I am way behind on the weight loss so I am willing to do anything to step it up. Do they still wire jaws shut for weight loss? lol.

Snack: Hand full of Walnuts
Lunch: Half of a Roasted turkey sandwich from Jason's Deli
Snack: 3 cubes of cheddar cheese melted on 2 triscuit crackers
Supper: Half of a deli ham sandwich made here at home
Water: 40 oz. (Still working on getting all of this in)
Vitamins: B-12 ~YES
Multi Vitamin ~YES
Vitamin D & Calcium ~YES
Vitamin C ~YES
Exercise: I Walked around the Mall 3 or four times.
