L: Frozen Lasgana entree
S: 4 wheat crackers

H20 = working on my second bottle
Vits: Yep...
Execerise: I'm trying to win some money on a radio contest.. so my execerise i****ting the redial button on my phone everytime they asked for caller #9 ..

Actually, I've been trying to nap since I got home and I CAN'T!!!
I feel 100% better for SURE. I probably could have gone back to work. But I didn't.
Bfast:egg beaters
Snack: TRIPLE SF nonfat vanilla latte
Lunch: ground turkey
Snack: nothing
Dinner: I'm not hungry
Water: ok so far
Vitamins 1/2 in
Exercise: gripping the arms of the dentist chair and shivering in the cold office as well as the uncontrollable tremors I always get from novocaine.

I already have a crown on that tooth!!!
They didn't think I needed a root canal when I got it back in January. (I cracked a tooth that was already weak from getting a HUGE filling years ago.)
So today they drilled through my BEAUTIFUL $600 (my responsibility AFTER insurance) porcelain crown!
Oh well, at least the pain is gone...
Kathy I am glad to see that you are better. I know you must feel so much relief. I have one I need to go be seen about but I have not gotten up the nerve yet.
Bfast: cheese, some yogurt
Snack: none... took daughter to eye doctor (she fell out of a tree on Saturday and we
have done the CT scan and everything. Praise God, she is fine.)
Lunch: 1 1/2 egg rolls from JIB
Snack: Soy nuts
Supper: about 1 cup manwich mix
Snack: Individual pop corn bag/granola bites
Vit: not yet but will tonight
Water: I am floating
Exercise: just got through mowing lawn

I also had a couple of bites of crap that my kids were eating for snack. There is no will power in my house!!!!!

vits...1 out 4 (actually it was the last one in the bottle)
exercise....up and down the stairs several times carrying out the junk!!!!!

My thoughts before I opened it up "you're not Kathy". But I guess you know that. Anyway, still doing ok on my food, could do better. Cutting out lots of my carbs.
Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: none
Lunch: fruit & yogurt parfait and 20 minutes of sitting in the sunshine
Snack: 1/2 of a granola bar
Dinner: salad with grilled chicken
Exercise: Took 1/2 of my lunch early before it got hot and walked 2 miles around town.
Water: working on my 2nd bottle
