FREE exercise classes!

Hey all you UPS gals and guys! My church has a FREE exercise class every Tuesday and Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. in our Family Life Center. Any one is welcome, and I would love to have some of my UPS friends and anybody else that might be interested to exercise with me. Right now they do not have child care, but I called them this morning, and I think they are going to work on it. It is an hour long areobics(sp? I can't spell anymore!) class that is tough! The lady who leads the class lost a bunch of weight, and several members of her family have had gbs, so she understands me and has really been a blessing. The Church is Bethlehem Baptist Church, in Roebuck, SC (Very near Spartanburg). The address to the church is 797 Old Georgia Road, Roebuck, SC 29376. This is very near my house so after aerobics you can stop by my house for protein shakes and um.....water!!!

Terri! I would love to come sometime. I will have to see if someone wants to carpool. That seems like a million miles from Easley. Maybe some other girls will want to go and we can get together. It sounds like it will be tons of fun!!! Melissa
