**What did you eat today? - Monday**

Today is a wacky day for me. My eating reflects it.
Bfast: banana
Snack: HUGE coffee w/ creamer
Lunch: cheezits & pistachios (gas station lunch)
snack: protien bar (I forgot I had one stashed in my purse)
Dinner: I feel like a salad tonight, we'll see
Water:GREAT
Vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: I was going after work, but I had to take another pain pill and now I feel "stoned" so I'll probably skip it and go home and sit for a few minutes before the meeting.
Anyone else want to confess?

I did pretty well today.. I must say!!
B: Protein Shake and 1/2 Protein Bar (about 3 sips of coffee.. my husband made it )
S: Water
L: Weigh****chers Turkey and mashed potatoes
S: the other 1/2 of my protein bar and water
D: not sure yet
H20 = 2 bottles
Vitamins: Yep!
Exercise: Can I count the dance I did in the bathroom this morning when i got off the scale .. because I had lost ANOTHER POUND! I'm down 72 now
Also.. my heart rate increased and I did a happy dance in my office when I saw that RICK SPRINGFIELD is coming to Atlanta on June 29!! That's my MAN!! Dawn F has Justin... I have my RICK!!
Breakfast....Tropical breeze protein shake after the gym.....YUMMO!!!

lunch.....chicken stir fry with rice

2nd snack.. several handfuls of Kashi go lean crunch cereal ( dry). I am gong to break a tooth eating that stuff, but I love it!!!!
dinner...probably salad that is what I have a taste for right now!!!!

Let's see if I can remember.
6am: coffee w/ splenda and sf creamer
bkfst: most of a small chicken thigh and a slice of leftover pork
lunch: 1/2 protein bar
dinner: 4 beef raviolis w/ nsa sauce, 1/2 of a breadstick
water: good
vits: good
exercise: stood on my feet for 5 1/2 hours at work (retail sucks)
I've been slacking on my protein lately so that's what I focused on today.
B~ Carb/Sugar control yogart and 3 small strawberries
S~ Protein Hot chocolate
L~ Baked fish & Steamed broccoli
S~ Cheese & SF popsicle
D~ Grilled turkey burger w/ cheese (no bun) & spicy chili beans
S~ Beef Jerky
Water: 72 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: yard work

snack- nothing
Lunch- chicken wrap
snack- soy nuts 1/4 cup
Supper- salad
Water-40 ounces
vitamins- yes
Had my meeting with the nut. today, she said I need to increase my protein intake and of course exercise to get my weight loss started up again. I didn't have a great day of eating today, really wasn't that hungery. I will have a protein drink before going to bed.
