Gabriel Update

On Friday we signed the papers that would terminate Kristie and James' rights to Gabriel. James is his bio dad. He loves him but knows he cannot care for him. He is in our corner. I also spoke with Kristies mom. She has one of Kristies children and has for over 6 years. Kristie left her with a man she was dating and was gone 6 months. Her mom is a brave woman and is willing to go with us to court to help us get Gabriel. As is James' parents. Kristie is still in jail and was suppose to be served either Saturday or on Monday when she appears in family court for failure to pay child support for her 6 year old daughter who is in the sole custody of her ex boyfriend. Thats right. She has 3 kids she does not have. All have been giving to others to care for. Hopefully the judge will see this as a pattern. Thank God she got her tubes tied. Anyway, I do not believe she was served on Saturday because she knows my telephone number and has not tried to contact me. So tomorrow she will be served while in family court. She is going to be mad as a wet hen. She may even be released. As I understand she does not owe a lot of back support. And she always has a way to get out. So anyway, a judge will also review our papers asking for an emergency hearing. If it is granted we may be in court this week. If not she may try and come and get him if he she gets out. I will assure you I will not be here when she comes. I will go away and she will not see me until the court date. I have faith God has brought us thus far and he will fulfill his promise. As he always does. It is all in his hands. He is the Almighty. Please continue to pray for our family and little Gabriel. I would be lost without him. She is a dangerous person. I am glad you have the paper work signed. That is the first step. I would find something to do all day, that does not involve you being at home without Scott being there. I hope she realizes that you are doing this for Gabriel and not to hurt her. You and your family stay in my thoughts and prayers. Julie
