TGIF BABY! Major pain right now, but hopefully the pain meds and antibiotics will kick in before I rip this tooth out with my bare hands.... Bfast: 1 egg (cooked two, but too much pain) and a really ripe banana Snack: WC oatmel Lunch: greasy pizza toppings (mostly cheese) Snack: Lortab Dinner: don't know, but something soft and mushy sounds good right now Vitamins: nooo, didn't want to chew them Water: plenty Exercise: whining, moaning and groaning to anyone who will listen... Anybody have any exciting plans for the weekend? I am jealous of you guys in Charleston. I sooo want to be near the beach right now. The sun is calling my name!! Kathy

im very ill and grouchy right now.. b-sunflower seeds s-reeses' it was yucky though .. figures l- half of bmt sandwich from subway s-some combos .. another yucky one d- something soothing to my nerves.. a nice shot of vodka will suffice.. wait.. im not helping us out on this whole "ups arent a bunch of drunks" thing am i? jk i dont drink vodka! vit-half water-none exercise- blah jen

Hey all... no big plans here. You all have a good time tomorrow night. One day soon I will join you. Bfast: trail mix Snack: soy nuts Lunch: about 1/3 of a Zaxby's zalad Snack: more trail mix Dinner: who knows Vitamins: forgot them at home/take them tonight Water: bunches Exercise: my fingers are doing it right now Me and my swing are going to do heavy bonding this weekend... Kathy ? Your "TOOF" Hurts ? Remember... A dentist is your toof's BESTFRIEND!! B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 6 wheat crackers 1/2 cup coffee S: 1/2 protein bar and a bottle of water L: The grilled chicken from my zalad from yesterday.. (the lettuce looked yuckie so I didn't eat it) S: a small slice of thin crusted pizza D: don't know.. won't be home in time to eat anything..

Hey Kathy, I'm sorry your tooth hurts. I heard somewhere that a couple of margaritas do wonders for that. Bkfst: 1/2 of a south beach wrap meal Snak: the other 1/2 drank about a gallon of water snak: 1/2 protein bar supper: not sure yet Come on down to the beach!!

NOOOOO!!!! NO MARGARITAS!!! TOO COLD!! I think I would pass out as soon as the cold hit that darn tooth! I can barely handle the room temperature water I am drinking right now! Come one Lortab!!! Get to working! Kathy

I don't usually have time to post on these but here goes: Breakfast ~ Cheese & crackers Snack ~ Protein Drink Lunch ~ one-half of an O'charleys Pecan Encrusted Chicken Salad YUM Snack ~ more of the salad (it's huge but expensive) Dinner ~ No telling Snack ~ another Protein drink Vitamins ~ keep forgeting to take them Water ~ lots of fluids today Exercise ~ hey I got out of bed! Dollie..have you tried their CA CHicken Salad? With Balsamic dressing on the side and I order 1/2 salad and it is great! Love the cranberries and pecans and strrawberries..yummmmmm Joan M

I had a doctors appointment this morning so I didn't have time to eat much for breakfast, but here goes anyway. Breakfast- small cup of cottage cheese with fruit cup snack- none Lunch- chicken thigh (yuk) I hate dark meat chicken but forgot to ask for white, about two tablespoons of greenbeans, same amount of slaw from Sticky fingers. WE shared the trio plate. Supper- I was still full from lunch so I had a 100 calorie bag of popcorn and a protein bar. snack- 1 sourdough cracker with peanut butter. water- not much maybe 30 ounces all day vitamins- yes just took my second half exercise- we walked about a mile and half over the river and through the woods, lol with the dog, up and down hills.
