MS Dawn I'm sorry you even felt that way you are a valuable key person on these boards more then you even realize, we may not tell you all the time but we sure feel it. Thanks again & thanks to everyone who post info for us newbie's.. Trust me when I say this you'll never really know how many Newbie's are lurking and hanging onto every word you all type daily, you been there & got the sexy body's to prove it.. So we look up to yall I can speak for myself I enjoy reading everyone's post and getting little tid bits here & there I'm saving every website, what I have learned so far is from you all. Thanks again & post on!! And save me a seat on the loser bench

Tiffany, you are soo right . Before my surg I got on this board every day for 1/2 hour at a time just reading SC posts and lurking everywhere. People just don't realize how much of an impact they have!!!

Indeed, well said. As a preop (surgery on 6/1/07) i am glued to this website and all of the posts! It has helped me prepare tremendously! Thank you everyone for the help and advice you give daily!

I can remember being on here until 2-3 in the morning. Every second I could I was reading and learning. Going to the meetings and reading everything on this post and all the info this post leads you too is the best thing you can do before surgery. It is true, you will find that those that have gone before you and have done so well, is because they have done what is expected of them. Dawn is so smart. (she's my moma now). Read, educate yourself, be prepaired and be positive, then you'll be ready.
