Breakfast: CIB with protein Snack: nothing Lunch: 1/2 of a Wendy's single, about 8 french fries Snack: ?? Dinner: probably pizza and a salad at group Water: not too bad so far Vits: Oops Exercise: not tonight

OK, I haven't posted on this all week, so here goes. Breakfast: one scrambled egg with cheese on a small tortilla wrap. 1 small grapefruit. Snack: low fat cottage cheese cup with dole tropical fruit cup. Lunch: ate breakfast late and just finished snack so I don't think I will be eating anything. Supper: not sure what chef Sonny will be cooking tonight, maybe just a salad with lots of sliced ham and cheese on it. H2O- 20 ounces so far on my way to get another 20 and will have at least 40 more before going to bed tonight. vitamins: half so far Mary PS- I might kill off the bottle of vodka in the fridge, lmao, JK! I prefer Tequila!

B~ 3 strips of turkey bacon & Carb/sugar control yogart L~ Lean Cusine.. steak and broccoli S~ Protein bar D~ Baked Chicken and pinto beans S~Small slice of NSA cheesecake w/ few strawberry slices I quit with u! I stress myself over food all the time. Kay

5:00am--Not Fat Latte 6:00am--Protein Shake 8:00am--handful of almonds 12:00pm--1/2 Subway Melt Wrap 5:00pm--1/2 Subway Melt Wrap 6:30pm--Handful of Cheetos---I know, it's terrible. Water: 4 16.9oz bottles Vitamins: Yes Exercise:---I have been extremely lazy. I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks. I really need to get back on track! The scales are stuck at 220 (I am almost 4 months post op and down 62lbs) and I am really anxious to get below 200!!!!
