***What did you eat today? - Thursday***
OK, I haven't posted on this all week, so here goes.
Breakfast: one scrambled egg with cheese on a small tortilla wrap. 1 small grapefruit.
Snack: low fat cottage cheese cup with dole tropical fruit cup.
Lunch: ate breakfast late and just finished snack so I don't think I will be eating anything.
Supper: not sure what chef Sonny will be cooking tonight, maybe just a salad with lots of sliced ham and cheese on it.
H2O- 20 ounces so far on my way to get another 20 and will have at least 40 more before going to bed tonight.
vitamins: half so far

6:30pm--Handful of Cheetos---I know, it's terrible.

Exercise:---I have been extremely lazy. I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks. I really need to get back on track! The scales are stuck at 220 (I am almost 4 months post op and down 62lbs) and I am really anxious to get below 200!!!!
