***What did you eat today? - Thursday***

I'll keep it simple Bfast: Eggs, banana Snack: 1/2 gallon of coffee.... Lunch: some weird crap brought in by a caterer, yuck...so I had some gardetto's from the CVS on the corner Snack: prolly some more gardettos or some candy Dinner: don't know, but I'm sure it will be unhealthy i am sooo bored with food. Doesn't mean I don't get hungry. I am just BORED with being obsessed with eating. If I am not obsessed with eating the right thing, I am obssessed with the fact that I ate something bad. Its exhausting. I quit.

B: 2 Cheese toast and some grits (i eat those for iron) L: side salad and some chicken and dumpings D: Not decided yet.... I know what ya mean about being bored with food... some days, it is all I can do, but SCREAM as nothing sounds or looks good.... I have a hard time trying to figure out what to eat.... I know what I am suppose to eat, but my appetite and/or wants don't always match up..... I just try. Take care.... Mike

Trying hard to do better. I gained a pound when I was gorging and stressed out. B - string cheese, one stick S- grits L- salad with cheese and chicken pieces S - ???? I really want fritos but will try to resist D - Roast beef and cheese rolled up in lettace with horseradish water - okay vit - not yet exercise - complaining to anyone who will listen about anything that strikes me

Breakfast....1 egg...3 bites for breakfast potatoes and 1/2 slice whole wheat toast ( I had a breakfast meeting at Stax Omega). Thank goodness our meetings are only once a month!!! snack...handful of dry Kaski .something...something crunch cereal Yummo!!! lunch.....grilled chicken on salad snack....planner protein bar dinner.....I don't know, our biker club is meeting for dinner....zroom zroom....to bad it is going to rain or we would get to ride the bike!!! water...tons vits....yes exercise....already told ya I had to work. BUT.....I am supposed to meet Marcey tomorrow. She is going to kick my butt into gear!!!!! Melissa

I did pretty well today considering.... B: Weight Control Oatmeal and 1/2 cup coffee S: Handful of pretzels and 1/4 of a protein bar L: Less then 1/2 of a Grilled Chicken Zalad S: Nothing D: not sure yet.. Water: Yep.. working on it Vit: Yep.. this morning And.. I took a nice healthy poop after lunch .. talk about a RELIEF! Damn I feel light as a feather now!
