HAPPY 1 YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are a wonderful person and so beautiful inside and out. Please dont get too fixated on the 'goal' number and just focus on each day and how good you feel today. A number is just a number. If you didnt lose another pound you would still have accomplished more than your wildest dreams! Also, look at the inches, if you havent been to your yearly appt. yet.... it is astounding to see the difference! I never wore jeans before, and truthfully... I dont really wear them much now.... lol. Funnier thing is.... I ALWAYS wore black before and everyone told me that I wouldnt wear it much when I got to goal and I wear a ton of it still... Hey..... CONGRATS on a year (well more than a year, because the pre op work is hard too!!) of hard hard work. May you continue to use this tool and be blessed with the good friends on this board. WOW!!!! I can't believe its been a YEAR already!!!! That was fast!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats!!! You have done great!!! My 18 month anniversary was yesterday!! The 24th!! It slipped by me, although I knew it was today I thought....i missed it yesterday. LOL YOu have lots to be proud of!!! Deb
