Finally 50 GONE !!!

Im so excieted I finally lost 50 LBS !! I never thought I would get this far. I cant wait to tell my hubby. He had to go away for a week on business with the Red Cross where he works, so I wont see him till Very Late Friday night then he is gone again another week. I hate when he has to travel but its for the best when he does. Anyway I still have another 50 to go yet so Im just going to keep up my walking and keep on track with my eating and drinking my water and protein. In Aug my sister is having her daughters Sweet 16 party and I hope Im looking good by then. I havent seen my family in NY for over a year now and Im getting excited for the day to see my 3 sisters and 4 brothers. Thank you all for your support and encouraging words I love you all Denise

Congratulations. This number seems to be stuck in my mind. 1 more pound to go and I'll be able to say FINALLY 50 too. Maybe if I get my butt to the gym more. Colleen

Hey Collen, Dont feel bad I know how it is to get my butt up and work out. If it werent for my husband pushing me like he does Id be still sitting on my butt or hiding from him somewhere But he gets me going so I have no choice. You will do great and get to where you want , it just takes time. I still feel like I will never get to my goal weight. I know its just in my head and I have to think positive about it.
