I had to think about this one Mary.... What a great idea! 1. My mom and I can share clothes and I am not done losing so... 2. I will be smaller than my Mother. Never thought that would happen. 3. My dogs and I can all fit on the bed together at night, realized that last night when I woke up and saw Lexus cuddled up next to me on one side and Shelby on the other. I am sure there is more but I can not think of any more. Julie

Great idea..I think as we reach our goals or get close or even just beginning to research WLS we are looking for new wows...or even a first wow...thanks Mary! 1. I...yes me...painted for three hours the other day. My new porch railing with spindles and the posts...three coats!! And NO backpain!! I would have died after thirty minutes last year bending over and reaching like I did. 2. Ladies at church were looking through a photo album of church events Wed night and they were showing some women who never knew me heavy and they could not believe I was that person. They thought I looked younger now and were just amazed. 3. Parents of students at the school where I work stopped their car at the crosswalk and said "hey skinny! I don't even know you anymore...what have you done!" I said I had WLS and am just eating right and exercising like I should. They said they can hardly remember the "old" me....hahaha 4. Being able to wear 4/6 capris and them not be tight....is just too hard to believe. Kudo's to everyone here on your wow moments...and to those waiting for surgery...you WILL have wow moments on this journey! My surgiversary is tomorrow and I would never have dreamed the outcome would be this great and I am blessed beyond measure at the level of life I now live...I am free! And I thank God daily for this tool. Joan M
