**What did you eat today? - Wednesday?**

breakfast - Carnation Instant & hot tea w/splenda snack - Protein bar lunch - stir fry (and I even ate the veggies) snack - SF popsicle dinner - ??? Water - yup - Vitamins - 1st thing this am (hubby reminds me) Exercise - gym tonight ? - trying to finish my cigarettes and all the bad food things today - so they may have to wheel me out and put me to bed (if I go)

Good thing I don't have to be good until tomorrow... I have been very bad today. But I am going to be very good for 30 days. =0) I will not go into any details... they are too graphic!!! Pam

On the menu... B~ Carb/sugar control yogart S~ 4 RF cheese cubes L~ Small Wendy's chili and 1/3 of a side salad S ~ few cucumber slices from my salad D~ Lean cuisine dinner.. baked fish & broccolli n cheese YUM-O S~ Protein shake
