Busy day on the board today. I like it!! bfast: 2 eggs w/ salsa snack: deli sliced roast beef and 1 oz. cheese lunch: hibachi chicken, zucchini and RICE snack: skipping it Dinner: probably leftover hibachi chicken and veggies Water: GREAT! Vitamins: 1/2 in Exercise: ran errands at lunch, but maybe I will open up one of my workout DVDs this evening, I have dozens! Kathy

YAY without having to stop either .. like whoa! my legs are so sore! jen

Hey Y'all so far so good bkfst- egg beaters w/ peppers & onions with taco bell mild sauce (does anyone else have a million of these packets laying around?) lunch- 1/2 c turkey chili w/shredded cheese and 1/2 LF yogurt snak-1/2 protein bar dinner- chicken taco soup (everyone else will have cornbread ) exercise-walked my kids to school vitamins- bought some new ones today water- doing great LOVE reading all the ups posts..you guys are so funny. we'll have to party together soon

Doing better then yesterday B: 1/2 cup coffee and 1/2 packet of WC Oatmeal S: Hot tea and a handful of pretzels L: 1/2 of what was left of my Zaxby's Grilled Chicken Zalad from yesterday S: Dt Pepsi and a butterscotch candy D: No clue yet... Water: Nope.. not a drop Vitamins: yes.. this morning Exercise: Not yet.. but I plan on dusting off the treadmill tonight! * I told the receptionist that if she see's me reaching into her candy dish for anything.. she is to rack my knuckles with a ruler.. that I am not allowed to eat anymore of that crap...

Little better for me also today B - protein shake s - 1/2 banana L - 1 slice cheese and 2 crackers s - none D - salad with grilled chicken Water: working on my 2nd 20 oz bottle vitamins: yes Exercise: walked 2 miles at lunch around town. Got honked at twice by men in trucks, could be that they thought I was gonna step out in front of them or something. Didn't want to dent their truck.

Breakfast.... 2eggs and a small banana snack....nada lunch....leftover roast with a little rice, green beans and tomato snack....protein bar now....searching the kitchen for something dinner...spaghetti water...yes vits..yes exercise...not enought ime today....too busy makeing posts on the computer Melissa

Breakfast- Starbucks vanilla frappucino (drank this over 2 hours) Snack- 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin toast with cinnamon sugar and butter on it Lunch- YUMMY roll, about 15 baby carrots probably cooked in butter and 2 bites of teriyaki chicken from Logans Snack- bag (small one, but still the whole thing) of Snickers minis (maybe 10 or so??) Dinner- hard telling, hubby is working tonight and the kids arent big eaters, so probably something leftover Water- the usual tea, not as much as usual but I've been out and about all day Vitamins- yep Exercise- none as usual I finally went to see my PMD and fessed up about my messed-up head, she was all for me seeing a therapist and her assistant is going to get me in to see one. She also thinks the horrible sinus headaches I have 3-4 times a week are probably migraines, so she gave me meds for that, plus she gave me another new allergy med to try. Plus she changed me from Paxil to a new one called Lordane, so maybe between all this I'll start to feel human again! My weight is SLOWLY coming back off, I was 141 on Monday and I'm 138 today. I want to get to, and stay at, 131 or 132... Thanks for all your kind words, girls, it really makes a difference, especially living somewhere where I know NO ONE! Rebecca

Breakfast: I had a CIB with protein added Snack: 3 SF Vanilla Wafers (they are soooo good) Lunch: Greek Salad Pita Snack: 3 more SF Vanilla Wafers Dinner: Grilled chicken, I think. Water: Pretty good Vitamins: 1/2 in Exercise: Going to the gym after tanning and getting nails done. Wish me luck! Haven't been in almost 2 weeks! Susan
