Does anyone need a good laugh this morning?

I had a real funny moment yesterday. Our laundry room has a door that leads outside to a porch on the side of our house. Well Scott has been building a huge shed outside and uses that door to run a cord to his saw. It leaves a gap in the door so flies were coming in and I HATE flys. So I went to Dollar General the other day and bought a few fly strips. Scott hung one from the ceiling above the washer. It was filling up fast. So I wanted to put up another but I am only 5'3 and I couldn't reach the ceiling to hang it. So I used the little tack that came with the strip and pushed it into the bottom of the other fly strip. Too lazy to go get a chair. Well anyway, I forgot about them hanging there. I decided to do some laundry yesterday so Scott would have work clothes for today. So I am loading the washer and I feel something grab my hair....Yep it was the dangling fly strip. What kinda glue do they use on these things? I felt like a bug caught in a spider web. That thing was all tangled in my hair and I grabbed it and it stuck to my hand. I had to pull half my hair out just to free myself of this thing. Then I had to wash the glue from my hair. Well that wouldn't work. It was in there good. I had to cut a piece of my hair out to get the glue out of it. Then it was all over my hands. I worked 30 minutes getting that glue from my hand. My hair is already falling out but I had to pull the crap out of my hair to free myself. What's up with that? I blame Scott. LOL.....He left the gap in the door that brought in the flies. He put up the first strip. He wasn't here to change the other one and put up a new one and it was his work clothes I was washing. So can I blame him? LOL...What do you think? He thought it was a riot and so did the kids. They are eating nothing tonight for dinner..LOL....Anyway, just wanted to see if I could make someones day a little funny. Love to all Jennifer

oh thats hilarious i can see this all happening.. ur a trip! i just read the posts about gabriel.. i would try to trick her into the guardianship.. somehow you need custody of that baby!!! let me know how its going! jen

I just got a visual of that too. I cracked up. It is kinda gross too, flys stuck to ya, glue in your hair. I bet you like spider webs too don't ya... Enjoy your day and laugh, then when Scott gets there, blame it all on him. Deb
