Ok, I know I am not supposed to be shopping and stuff, but I was wondering if anyone wants to go FLEA MARKETING/ YARD SALING/ THRIFT STORE BROWSING with me? LOL! Now we all know Yard Saling requires waking up REALLY early, so we can work breakfast into this... Anyone know where I can get some good grits?? and I will probably have Teagan along. AND since these places only take cash, we can only spend what we bring. It doesn't have to be THIS weekend. It can be next weekend or whenever. I love doing this stuff and I think it may get me out of my funk without breaking the bank. What do you think? Kathy

One of my favorite pasttimes. I LOVE to browse and shop. Always seems like I come home with something that I didn't even know I needed. A friend and I would plan our route to garage sale and somehow always end up at Hardee's midway through. I usually would end up home before family is even out of their pajama's. Will be painting this weekend, but count me in on your next outing. Colleen

Load up your posse and Teagan and come to Cocoa Beach with me. I think that they have one of the biggest flea markets in the South East. Seriously, Towana has shown me the BEST thrift store over here in Charleston. Today I am wearing a Talbots jersey dress that I bought for 99 cents. I've told Scott that the store is named Treasure Chest. Towana taught me to bring a 20 dollar bill only, you wouldn't believe all I buy with that. They have WEDDING DRESSES for 8 dollars. I want to buy one just so I can have a wedding dress smaller than the one I wore at my wedding. Have a happy day Mary

I need a nice outfit for our daughter's graduation. Where is this thrift shop, The Treasure Chest?

Its the community thrift store down Rivers Avenue by the old Red Cross Building, past Remount Road I told Scott its the treasure chest because he has to look for the good toys there. Every thing that I am taking to the wedding this weekend is an expensive label, Talbolt, Liz Claiborne. I did not pay over 99 cents fo any of them

WHICH SIDE OF RIVERS? IN THE SAME PARKING LOT AS THE OLD RED CROSS BUILDING FACED THERE AT THE LIGHT? BTW, THE OLD RED CROSS BUILDING IS GONE. SANDERS CONSTRUCTION BOUGHT THE LAND & TORE DOWN THE BUILDING. THAT'S THE COMPANY NICK USED TO WORK FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICk
