Thank you for all your support. I am still waiting on the attorney to call us back. Dss had him before we got him. Because of drugs. They did home visits when she got him back but after we got him she moved and they never looked for him. She was suppose to have regualr drug testing. I am afraid if I contact them that they will place him in foster care and we will lose him anyway. He wouldn't know what to do if they took him from us. And I would go to jail for assault. This child is my world. I will keep you all informed and thank you for your prayers and advice. I may need your boxcutter Kathy!! I am sending a link to a picture of Gabriel below. Gabriel is absolutely adorable!

I have so many things to say about DSS, but there are already about a million blogs out there about that. They totally dropped the ball on this one. She was supposed to have regular drug testing, and didn't and they didn't even try enforce it or to look for this child!?!?! They don't even know that she gave him away! Another child "lost" in the system. Thank GOD he ended up with you guys. STAY AWAY FROM THE BOXCUTTER!!! If you guys end up in jail, who is gonna take care of Gabriel? Maybe you will get lucky and she will endup in prison for a LONG time. Then she will have to appoint a legal guardian anyway. I bet her attorney doesn't even know she has a child out there. That won't work in her favor during a custody battle. If all else fails, and you have to run with him, I'll hide you out at my house. I think between everyone on this board we have enough friends and relatives all over the country to keep them from ever finding you! Kathy
