Upcoming Walk From Obesity

Did anyone sign up for the committees? I think I signed up for the ones for sponsorships and media.

I didn't ... but that doesn't mean I won't be willing to do so later. I just couldn't think about how I wanted to contribute, considering I won't be around on the actual day of the walk. (Also, Scott was sitting next to me, making "Scott Remarks" all evening, and I couldn't concentrate! ) Still, I would like to be involved somehow though. Dawn

Somehow I think I missed the info on the walk with all of the hoopla that has been going on around here. Please tell me about it. When, where, what time...

From what I understand...and someone please correct me if I am wrong, because I am going on memory only....they are trying to schedule the walk in Sept, on the 15th maybe? and its going to take place while other walks are around the country. It will be hosted/sponsored by Greenville Hospital System and they are looking into trying to get local/national celebrities involved. Its a 3 mile walk, I think.
