**What did YOU eat today? - Monday**

Blah. MONDAY AGAIN!!!! Bfast: eggs, banana Snack: sm. orange and some cheezits Lunch: 1 c. turkey chili no beans and some cheese Snack: protien bar...probably Dinner: leftover roast probably Water: doing great Vitamins: 1/2 in so far Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill at lunch...didn't feel like doing much today, but at least I showed up! I think I need some kickboxing classes or something. I need to work out some aggression. I am one angry Latina. Why? I don't know. I have issues... and you? Kathy

Breakfast: Carnation Instant Breakfast Lunch: 1.5 oz of Grilled Chicken Dinner: Don't know yet Water: not so good today, but I've had milk and o.j. Vit: half in Exercise: will walk later I really need to do better with my fluid intake. Hope everyone has a good day! Melanie

I am trying to love weight before this $(#*$$ wedding. So I've done better today AM - piece of chicken with cheese snack - protein shake lunch - skinny latte snack - yogurt with granola dinner - protein shake water - good vitamins - not yet exercise - will walk some at school tonight

first time replying so here goes: Bkfst- frozen coffee protien shake snak- 5 ritz crackers and 1 slice american cheese lunch- 1/2 c turkey chili with 1/4 c shred cheese snak- cheese stick supper- breaded chicken breast with mixed veggies snak- frozen sf/ff pudding made with sf cool whip(not milk) water- not so good but I'm working on it exercise- what? didn't hear you....walked my kids to school. vitamins- halfway there

Breakfast- boiled egg, cottage cheese cup with fruit cup. Snack- nadda Lunch- 1/2 hamburger meat left over from a quesadilla burger from Applebees, didn't eat anything but the meat. Snack- protein bar (smores) ummmmmm good. Supper- salad with ham and cheese, I have been craving salads lately. Water- not much, maybe 20 ounces, got to drink more later. Mary

Before I post I want to say I know I am very boring with my food. I get stuck in ruts but it keeps me going. Protein shake w/1tsp peanut butter on way to work Breakfast - hard boiled egg Snack - heart healthy nuts Lunch - 1/2 Chef salad Snack - protein shake w/1 tsp. peanut butter dinner - Mandarin Chicken Salad from Wendy's (about 1/2 of it eaten). I am stuffed now, so don't plan on another snack. Water - 85 ozs. exercise - went to gym tonight Vits - yep Susann

Susann you may be ina rut but you are doing great on your eating and are a great example of using this tool...thanks...I didn't record my food because I was so upset over the tragedy at VA Tech....but I did have a great day food and water wise. Joan M
