Healthy Choice Meal Question???/

Hey guys I am eating a Healthy Choice Chicken and fetticine(sp) with brocolli and carrots. It says it has 16 gms of protein. If I only eat the some of the fetticine and all of the chicken....Can I consider that 16???? Jennifer

I don't know Jennifer, Sounds like the chicken may be the source of the protein but who knows what if any level the noodles and sauce contribute? Just try to eat what you can and maybe have the rest later to make sure you get the whole 16 grams today. Enjoy your day and your tummy yummy. Robin

Hey Jennifer, I do that alot. I think that the majority of the protein, especially the good stuff, comes from the chicken. So your doing awesome. Have a great day. How's school going for you? I'm in a count down until the end of this semester. Mary

Hey Mary, Yeah I am soo excited that school is almost out...at least for this semester. Unfortunately I went and signed up for 2 classes for the summer this morning...which will leave me with 3 to take in the fall. And then I will be all done!!!! YEAH!!!!! I can't wait till that day...its only been 7 years. Oh and I ate the chicken and maybe 5 noodles....it killed me to get the chicken in. Jennifer

It sounds like you made the right choice. Always eat your protein first, then if you still have room, eat some of the other stuff. Chicken kicks my butt too. I still can't eat it. Susan made some Greek chicken the other day and I tell ya that was some good stuff. I couldn't eat much, but what I did was so juicy and good. Keep up the good work girl.
