:o) Mark Your Calendars for April 21

Ok Ladies and Gentlemen it is fast approaching. Our Gastric Bypass day at The Vitamin Shoppe will be next Saturday, the 21st. We will be sampling protein drinks and bars, calcium, liquid vitamins and B12 from 1-4. There will be a chiropractor there doing spinal checks, a massage therapist giving mini massages ( they will not arrive till after 2:30 though) and if your interested, but nothing to do with surgery someone will be discussing alternative healing. I am so looking forward to spending this time with you guys. I am technically not "working" that day so that i am free for all of you! Take Care and hope to see you there! HEY GIRL ... GO****'S GREAT TO SEE YOU HERE ON THE BOARD INSTEAD OF JUST AT THE VITAMIN SHOPPE! NICK & I ARE GONNA TRY TO COME TO YOUR SHINDIG! I NEVER THOUGHT TO ASK YOU ... DID YOU "HIT THE WALL"? MS SUSANN & I HAVE HIT A WALL, SO TO SPEAK & THE WEIGHT LOSS SIMPLY STOPPED WHILE WE STILL HAVE SOME WEIGHT TO LOSE TO GET TO GOAL. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?
