**What did you eat today - Friday the 13th!**

Its Friday the 13th! Wooooooo.... Today has been a good day for me, but not my friend. He awoke this morning to his Mustang cobra on BLOCKS!! Yep, some theives came in the night and stole his wheels. We here at work are having a spring break '07 day. We were allowed to wear hawaiin shirts, jeans and FLIP-FLOPS!! Our dress code is pretty strict, so even though my toes are freezing, here I sit in flip flops. When am I gonna get this chance again?? On to my food... Bfast: eggs, small orange Snack: coffee w/ creamer and splenda Lunch: Kung pao chicken from PF Changs. Really good, had tons left over, gave it away though. Snack: Don't know if I will have one. Too full to think about food right now. Dinner: Don't know about that either, maybe a burger at home, or some wings at chiefs Vitamins: 1/2 in Water: doing great! Exercise: maybe I'll shake my booty a little later High protien day, but also high fat day...gotta learn to balance the two. Your turn... Kathy

Yep, I've been fighting the sugar demons really bad lately. I think I need to cleanse and detoxify my body. Hopefully the fat will help me "move" some of this stuff out of my body. My whole system has gotten out of whack. Constipation is really no fun when you are too afraid to take anything for it. I wish you and Nick could be here too. We would have so much fun. I think you are one of the very few people I haven'thad chance to meet yet. And you are one of the orginals!! Do you think you will be able to make it to Columbia when Ms. Joan has her meeting?

ACTUALLY MS KATHY, I'VE BEEN THINKING OF THE SAME THING BUT FOR A DIFFERENT REASON. I'VE HIT "THE WALL" AT ABOUT 16 MONTHS OUT (now, I'm at almost 18 months) & MY WEIGHT LOSS JUST FLAT STOPPED & I HADN'T CHEATED OR CHANGED ANYTHING. I TALKED WITH THE VITA LADY & SHE SAID TO TRY NOTHING BU****ER/PROTEIN SHAKES FOR 3 DAYS & THEN GO ON ONLY PROTEIN & SALADS (kinda like the Atkins Induction diet) FOR A WHILE TO TRY TO KICK START MY WEIGHT LOSS AGAIN ... I'M ABOUT 30 - 35 #s FROM DR B's GOAL OF 140. I'M THINKING THAT ONLY DRINKING WATER/PROTEIN DRINKS WHILE EATING NOTHING SOLID MAY JUST CLEANSE OUT MY SYSTEM ... & BEING THE OVERLY-DETAILED PERSON THAT I AM, I WAS THINKING OF DOING THE WATER/PROTEIN SHAKES FOR 5 DAYS - WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A CLEANSER? OHHH GEEEEZZZZ, I'VE HAD THE "NO GO" ISSUE EVER SINCE SURGERY ... IT'S AWFUL. SOMEONE TOLD ME ABOUT SF BENEFIBER CHEWABLE TABLETS AT W*M SO I MAY TRY THOSE. I JUST DON'T DRINK ENOUGH. WE ARE GOING TO TRY BUT THE WEEKEND BEFORE MS JOAN'S PARTY IS OUR DAUGHTER'S COLLEGE GRADUATION (with Honors) IN VA. SHE'S THE FIRST NASH TO GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE IN NICK'S LINE ... HE WAS JUST A FEW CREDITS FROM GRADUATING WHEN HE HAD TO QUIT. SOOOOO ANYWAY, IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE POCKETBOOK AS TO WHETHER WE CAN MAKE 2 TRIPS IN 2 WEEKS. I'M KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED CUZ I'D LOVE TO MEET EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICK

I'M NOT REALLY SURE, MS SUSANN ... BUT I KNOW THAT THE VITA LADY DRINKS 6 SHAKES A DAY JUST NORMALLY. SO, THAT'S WHAT I'M SHOOTING FOR. I STARTED IT THIS MORNING & I'M NOW FEELING SOME HUNGER SO I'M GOING TO GO GET ANOTHER ONE. DEPENDING ON HUNGER & ENERGY, I'M GOING TO TRY TO DO IT FROM 3 - 5 DAYS. IF NOTHING ELSE, IT SHOULD HELP CLEAN OUT MY SYSTEM, BUT I'M HOPING IT WILL JUMPSTART MY WEIGHT LOSS AGAIN. AFTER THE LIQUID ONLY STAGE, THEN IT'S PROTEIN/SALADS AFTER THAT, KIND OF LIKE AN "ATKINS INDUCTION DIET". NOOOOO SUGARS OR SIMPLE CARBS. ACTUALLY, THIS MAKES SENSE EVEN CHEMICALLY ... PROTEIN = USE ENERGY (CALORIES) = WEIGHT LOSS ... CARBS = STORE FAT = GAIN WEIGHT. DID YOU DECIDE TO DO THE SHAKES? GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICk

that sucks about the wheels.. people these days UGH b- bowl of special k with protein in skim milk s-sunflower seeds to keep me from grazing on carbs all day! lol l- some salsa and a couple bites of a taco salad, i was too full from the cheese dip and salsa to eat my meal lol s- more sunflower seeds .. d- probably some wings Jen

That is awful about the car!!!!!!!!!!!!! Friday......hmmm, can't remember.....but today, Saturday, we are at the hotel across the street from LAX, and I filmed a show today, so it would not be so far for me to drive and then fly out tomorrow. Today...Saturday Breakfast.... poached egg on top of ham and hashbrowns (I only ate the egg, and not much of the yolk) 1/2 of 1/2 of a bagel with just plain cream cheese....protein 3pcs of fresh pineapple!!! water Lunch.. nothing, I was too busy!! I know, bad. I did have some water and a few tic/tacs...haha Dinner...3pcs of london broil, it was yummy (and free in the concierge lounge...Tommy has like 4,000,000 points, so we get free stuff at Marriott, and a free trip) anywho.... London broil, small amount of wild rice with blackbeans, was yummy, su****una, one small piece, 2 pieces of cubed white cheese Gouda?? 3/4 crackers 3 veggie sticks with some blue cheese sauce....not much though. 3 amazing strawberries covered with a cheesecake filling then coated with chocolate and peanuts crunched up. I broke the hardened chocolate off the strawberries and tasted a few bits and ate the strawberries plain. I also had about a dime size of a piece of lemon bar, not great....did not taste sweet. Later tonight I had a Starbucks SF NONFAT, VANILLA LATTE, about 1/2 cup some Trader Joe's raw trail mix.....nuts with just plain, non sweetened dried currants/raisins/blueberries and cranberries, I am addicted to this stuff, it is so good. 3 saltine crackers with my vitamins in about 5 minutes from now, LOL Love ya!! I will try to remember what I eat this week in Hawaii, and get pics and give updates when we get back Deb PS everyone seems to be doing so great!!! I am sooo proud of you guys!!
