Ok, I'm a huge heifer and I am sabotaging all my hard work. I need some major intervention. I think I may have to go back to stage 1 again and progress from there like at the beginning of surgery. I had retrained my self, and now it is all out the window... Bfast: Eggs, banana, bite of gross waffle Snack: coffee, malted milk balls Lunch: 2 chicken strips Snack: 2 more chicken strips Snack Again: handful of skittles Dinner: who knows? Maybe I'll take a laxative. I feel like I am sooo full of junk right now. Plus I still feel sick from all that damn candy. I'm SUCH a moron. Vitamins: 1/ 2 in Water: GREAT! only good thing I've done today Exercise: none, but I'm hoping to get some booty from the hubby later And YOU?!?!? Kathy

gettin some booty counts as exercise! b- against all my wants i drank a protein shake, 35 gm protein, only good thing of the day s-nothing l- some ribs with okra, mac n cheese, and green beans.. and i ate almost the WHOLE Plate of food.. like my gosh my stomach has to be freakin huge!!! ill blame it on aunt flo coming. witch s- pack of peanut butter crackers.. the whole thing, again my stomachs huge.. d- who knows!!! im stressin.. theres no tellin.. ugh vits-half in water-sweet tea count? exercise-yea right.. *oink oink* Jen

At the rate I'm going I will never get out of a size 16. I hate me. Breakfast: Protein shake Snack: Protein bar (doing good so far, but wait) Lunch: 1/2 a bag of pretzels, rye chips, cheese straw type things. I'm talking about a regular family size bag. I mean they were gone before I knew what was happening. Snack: small pack of almonds slivers Dinner: think I'll go to bed without my supper since i've been a bad girl today. Water: 20 oz Exercise: Moving my right arm from the pretzel bag to my mouth

I can hang my head in shame with you Kathy... It's about that time of the month for me and I had about 5 butterscotch candies today.. I'm so weak !! B: 3oz Pepperjack cheese with 6 wheat crackers ...coffee S: nothing L: Chick-Fil-A soup with saltine crackers S: nothing D: not sure.. at the rate I feel.. Hell I might just eat an entire box of girl scout cookies Vitamins: Yep.. this morning Water: Yep.. on my second bottle Exercise: Well now that I know a booty call is considered exercise. Okay, so if I find a good guy for booty, can I quit killing myself at the gym??? I have been a "good girl" this week.. but boring. Protien shake (w/1 tsp peanut butter) on way to work 10:00 Hard Boiled Egg 1:00 - One-half chef salad Snack - Nope Dinner - going to Pizza Inn. My DIL says they have a "pizza bowl" that is basically a crustless pizza. I am going to order that and see what I think! I have actually lost 2 lbs. this week. For those of you who know me, that is a miracle since I have gone up and down the same 3 lbs. for 5 months and now I am down 2 lbs. from my lowest point in one week. Pray it doesn't go back up.... Water: Yep - on bottle #4 Vitamins - Done Exercise - maybe walk when I get home - depends on how late it is... Susann

I'm so glad to hear that your weight is finally moving down, Ms Susann. That gives me hope as well. I'm on a 2 month, 2 week stall right now.

I'VE BEEN DOING A BIT OF RESEARCH ON THIS "WALL" WE'VE SEEMED TO OF HIT & IT APPEARS THAT WE'RE NOT ALONE. IT'S A TOPIC OF CONVERSATION ON ALL THE BOARDS. FOR ALMOST EVERYONE, WEIGHT LOSS REALLY SLOWS DOWN BETWEEN A YEAR & A YEAR & A HALF. FOR SOME OF US, IT'S LITERALLY LIKE WE HIT A WALL & WE SIT IN EXTREMELY LONG STALLS, UPWARDS OF 7 MONTHS FOR ONE LADY. NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE THE ANSWER WHY BUT IT'S A NORMAL POST THAT THEY ARE BETWEEN 30 - 50 #s AWAY FROM GOAL, BASICALLY DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO (with the occassional slip here & there) ... BUT, THEIR WEIGHT FLUCTUATES BETWEEN 3 - 5 #s BUT DOESN'T MOVES DOWN ANY MORE. THERE IS ONE THEME THAT KEEPS RUNNING THROUGH MOST THOUGHTS ON THIS & THAT IS THAT THE FEWER SIMPLE CARBS (SUGARS & WHITE CARBS) YOU EAT, THE BETTER CHANCE YOU HAVE OF SOMETIME DOWN THE ROAD LOSING A LITTLE BIT MORE WEIGHT AGAIN. CALORIES ARE A WASH. SOME OF THE LADIES WHO ARE WORKING OUT STRENUOUSLY ON A DAILY BASIS ARE EATING UPWARDS OF 3,000 CALORIES, BUT THAT IS VERY, VERY RARE. MOST OF THOSE WHO HAVE HIT THE WALL HAVE STAYED BETWEEN 1,000 - 1,800 CALORIES A DAY. ONE THING THAT HAS COME OUT ABOUT CALORIES IS THAT IF YOU ARE ONE WHO EATS VERY LOW CALORIES (1,300 & under) LIKE MOST OF US DO, THAT AT THIS POINT, YOU MAY NOT BE GETTING ENOUGH CALORIES TO ALLOW YOURSELF TO LOSE WEIGHT. IT'S LIKE YOUR BODY HOLDS ON TO EVERY CALORIE TO KEEP ITSELF ALIVE. TRUE OR NOT, I DON'T KNOW. THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A THREAD THAT TIES EVERYONE TOGETHER. SOME EAT PACKAGED PROTEIN, SOME EAT REGULAR FOOD PROTEIN ... SOME DRINK WITH MEALS, SOME DON'T, SOME USE STRAWS, SOME DON'T ... SOME EXERCISE, SOME DON'T. I THINK I'M GOING TO ASK DR B ...
