LOST.... (OT) the show.....

Do we have any LOST fans on here? Its one of my favorite shows.... so I was just wondering. and if so... which of the hot guys do you like? I am forever destined to have my heart broken because yeah..... I like Sawyer. I know ... I know.... !! I KNOW!!! lol. I just cant get past that he is mis understood... but I am starting to like the Dr.... (Jack) so I think that means I am 'growing' as a person..... lol and I like Said... (sp?)....and even Hurley... so.... anyone here watch it? And when I see this show and the beach I always think.... hmmmm is this what one of my upcoming getaway myrtle beach beaches will look like? lol j. hugs.....

Hi "Lost" addict here ... checking in! First off, welcome to the SC board ... I've been reading your posts, and you're awesome. Secondly, no ... the beaches in SC won't come close to the beaches of "Lost". But we do have sand, and ocean, and palmetto trees. And some mighty fine sunrises. The nearest beaches that might resemble the ones you see on Wednesday nights are on the panhandle of Florida ... and even then, you have to find a protected state park area to find beautiful nature without vacation hotels and the teeming masses all around. I hear you on your Sawyer love. The man is yummified. And his name on the show is my husband's name ... James Ford ... makes my brain do all kinds of floppin' around to process THAT information. I save most of my Wednesday Drool for Jack though. If I look at him long enough, I forget my husband's name. One of these days, I'm gonna go shopping and try to buy myself a life. Good idea, no? When are you coming to SC?? I will make a mid-week trip to the coast just to watch "Lost" with you! (And to sit on the sand for a week or so!) Dawn

Sounds like a plan! (Yesterday at Sam's Club, I picked up and put back the same bottle of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio at least 8 times!!! I love it so much, but can't bring myself to spend 20 bucks on a bottle of wine. *sigh*) Dawn

ohhhhh Dawn... you are going to make me all tearry eyed and Mary was trying to get me out of that mode!! sooooo stop it!! lol. Ok..... yes.... Jack is the most grounded, but he also has a lot of "ISSUES" so I guess so does everyone! Show me a man without the 'issues' and I will dig 'em up! haha I love Rachel's picture that was why I wondered about the beaches of SC, and I have this vision of my life in the south and I know part of it is totally unrealistic.... (part of it is kinda like how I thought that when I got to GOAL all would be fine... lol!!) but I still want to come there! Any who..... I am coming to SC as soon as I figure some things out. lol sounds kinda vague I know.. and I am not just talking a tall tale, and I am not insane (well... maybe I am a little nuts, but not anymore than anyone else.. lol) I am at goal... YAY! and now I need to get some things put back into place... haha so I am trying to figure out if I should take care of that first, or what? AND I need a new car.... soooo I am a bit of a mess but..... supposedly.... some people are 'praying' for me.... and I am accepting ALL PRAYERS because my faith is a little bit jaded at the moment... but I know... that one way or another I will be there. (omg.. are you exhausted after reading that.... because i am after typing it... haha) In the north we talk very fast!! oh and one more thing..... JACK is from the North.... Sawyer is from the South.... where the heck is hurley from??? and I think Said is from Iraq? lol hugs!

You just work on figuring all those things out that need figuring out ... and we'll be here ready to welcome you "home" when you get here. I can't remember, but it seems like Hurley ("Dude.") lived out west in California before the crash. Yeah, I have loved him from the first episode ... everything he says makes me smile. His attitude sorta reminds me of my son. Plus he's worth 156 million! Sayid is from Iraq, a former member of the Iraqi Republican Guard. My next-door neighbor is Iraqi, and if he looked like Sayid, I'd be WAY more neighborly! I read in the dentist's waiting room today tha****ching TV lowers your metabolism even more than SLEEPING!!! I love Lost.... Jack is my favorite, but Sawyer is a close second. I think Hurley is a sweet guy too....but Jack definitely does it for me. As for the beaches, the only ones I have seen like it were on my bahamas cruise. They take you to a couple of deserted beaches where only the cruise people go....loved it! Susann

Susann.... ok ok.... I will go on the cruise!! And I will bring Jack as my guest...... omg.... can you imagine...??? I actually went on a trip to the bahamas a million life times ago.... and we took a small boat over to a deserted island one day.... to this little island where we drank these bahama mamas all day and did the limbo and i was young and crazy and had a love affair with some gorgeous guy who wore a thong.... omg!!!!!!!!!! anyway.... i just cant even believe it..... i had not thought about that in years and this guy was not that nice and at the time i thought he was SO GREAT. if only i knew then what i know now....!!! so, why do i still think the "sawyers" of the world are still cute???? LORD HELP ME!!!!! lol i'm glad i am in my 40s now. i really am. and I am glad that i cant drink more than 1 or 2..... (thanks to gbs!) lol hugs!!

Dawn you are so right, J. sounds cool!! Hi, My name is Patti and I am a Lostoholic! Who doesn't want the bad boy ...I too gravitate to Sawyer. What would I do with a nice man? He may not cheat on me, he may treat me well and make me feel secure..well I can't have that!! What would I do? Not sure..... Help I have issues!! Back to the beach....Not like Lost but after a few drinks , who cares??? Patti
