The Honeymoon's Over...
Hey Jennifer
A skinny latte is expresso coffee with heated skim or low fat milked. It is like a cappacino, except less froth milk. I like to add a SF syrup. I get mine at either Starbucks or Java City where I work. They are VERY yummy.
I generally have 1 a day. Depending on how much sleep I have gotten, 2
If you have a Starbucks around, try one. They have SF Vanilla, Hazel Nut, and Chocolate syrup. I prefer the Vanilla.

Rachel,
Relax, we have all been through it. I hear doing a journal helps, I hate journals.
What you put down really does not sound that bad. I do skinny latte's, protein bars, chicken nuggets, fruit, chocolate, chips, and SF pudding. I limit my white carbs because they seem to bother the pouch the most. Try knocking out one of the snacks or instead of the crackers and M&M type chocolate do another protein bar or shake. That will help you get to dinner without snacking again.
I want you to think about something, 4 oz is equal to 1/2 cup, which is what the pouch is to hold after surgery. If you ate 6 oz you only ate about 3/4 cup of food. When I went for my 9 mth, I think, I told my Dr that I was at about 1 cup of food and he had no problem with it. Your pouch is not HUGE, it is probably the size it is suppose to be. It will stretch out. The key is to limit the food so it does not stretch back out to the size of your old stomach, YOU ARE NOT THERE, trust me. If it was you would have eaten all that at one time.
If you are really stressed about it, call your doctor or your nut. and see what they say.
We all hit stalls and that sounds like that is where you are. Give your body some time to catch up.
Julie
