**What did YOU eat today?-Tuesday**

I'm here today. Feeling better now. Though my eating has not been great. Bfast: skim milk some WC oatmeal Snack: nothing Lunch: a few bites of a double cheeseburger Snack: nothing Dinner: Don't know..maybe I'll try soup and crackers.. Water: TONS with lemon! (I hate lemon in my water) Vitamins: 1/2 in, other half at dinnertime Exercise: planning on hitting the gym after work since I am feeling better I have GOT to do better. What about you guys? Kathy

I am very boring...I ate the same things I ate yesterday.... Protein shake on way to work. Breakfast - hard boiled egg snack - heart healthy nuts lunch - other half of chef salad from yesterday dinner: Don't know, probably a salad again... snack: sugar free 90 calorie pudding water - lots and lots vitamins - yep exercise - Mary and I are gonna walk tonight....

I'm glad you're doing some better today, there is a stomach bug going around. I had to go pick my grandaughter up at school during my lunch break because she was throwing up. I'm trying to get back on track, been really busy today which is good, keeps me occupied so i don't think about eating. Breakfast: protein shake Snack: nothing Lunch: 2 bites from a chicken salad wrap (too much mayo), and 6 mini rice cakes Dinner: maybe a salad with some grilled chicken on it Water: only 20 oz so far Exercise: usually do that at lunch, but no time today Vitamins: yes

We have the stomach vius here too. Breakfast: A small piece of left over ham and a sppon of left over macaroni. snack: A handful of goldfish crackers. Lunch: nothing Dinner: maybe fish water: not enough exercise: running from room to room checking on vomiting patients. Still not doing to much protein. Will try harder... Jennifer Vallentine

Almost the same as yesterday: Breakfast: CIB with protein Snack: a piece of leftover ham, a bite of potato salad, and 2 bites of baked sweet potato Lunch: pack of Toastchee crackers Dinner: maybe a salad? Water: not enough Vitamins: not yet Exercise: no way. Still hurting

Water: On my second bottle Vitamins: Yep.. first thing this morning Exercise: nope.. sad to say..

breakfast: 2 eggs with cheese grits snack: nothing lunch: spaghetti with mozerella cheese snack: proti soy snacks 15 grms of protein snack: pure protein bar I have a hard time in the afternoons. All I want to do is snack. I totaled up my food from to day on fitday and I am at about 650 cals, 57 grams of protein. water: tons ( my eyes are floating) vits yes exercise no Melissa

Not too bad a day except those d&@n crackers! Breakfast: Oatmeal and 2 string cheese sticks Snack1: 4 fat free saltine crackers Snack2: cup of cheese grits, couple pieces of fruit Lunch: 1/4 turkey/artichoke panini leftover from last night's trip to Panera, 1/2 bag baked lays, u/s tea w/ splenda Snack: none; still full from lunch Dinner: probably a little bit of leftover ham and green beans Water: I've had fluids but no water yet Vitamins: 2 Exercise: going to the gym tonight!
