How is everyone doing today?

Good morning Things seem to be quiet today. I am trying my very hardest to be a model gastric bypass patient today. It is 10:40 and I have not picked, nibbled, or tasted something that I shouldn't...yet! Hoping to stay on track today. I have decided that it is much easier to stay on track when you get off!!!! *stands* Hi melissa.. IM jennifer and I too am addicted to food and junk! seriously i was about to reply to deb's post about oreos and tell her she was the I woke up saying i was going to drink protein shakes all day to try to counteract this past week's worth of binge eating, and what do i do? get my kids a "hot fudge" poptart and steal half of one before i even realize what im doing! i have NO willpower.. NONE!!!!! i need my hands tied behind my back and my mouth stapled SHUT! tomorrow is my day! lol jen

I have seen those SF Oreo's! See for me I would need to know how many calories are in the whole bag, because I would not stop with just 2. That is a tease!!!!!!! I have done the same thing in the morning with my kids breakfast. Before I know it, half of it is in my mouth!!!! Shame on me!!!!! Melissa

"Hi Melissa" - Know how both you and Jen feel about those d**n pop-tarts - my son lives on them and every week they come out with a new flavor - (of course each one is something I would love) - I've counter attacked the pop tart problem - I let my hubby get my son's breakfast. . Today is going to be my day too. So far - so good. And I even went to the gym this a.m.

That is great that you went to the gym. My plan was to go all this week, but I have had a sick kid home yesterday and today!! Hoping to go tomorrow!!! Melissa

I am named Mary and I am addicted to anything that is edible and bad for you. I'm okay with the sugar today....... but that Burger King has made these terrible things with me in mind. You know them, the cheesy tots. does cheese count as protein if it is fried and has potatoes wrapped around them? Yes, I ate some this am and them for snack. I have a protein shake in mind for lunch, but I can hear the King calling. Here's to all of us having a good day. We CAN DO THIS!! Mary

Oh Mary....I haven't thought about the King in a while. I have such fond memories!!!!! I can do this...I can do this!!!!! You know, by the way I am acting you would think that I have to give up my first born!!!!! It is just nasty junk food. They are an evil blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese stuck inside a hash brown and deep fried. Probably 200 calories per tot. I could lie and tell you that they were bad tasting, but they are not Mary

Mary I am so with you about the cheesy tots. I found them before surgery. I would leave for work earlu on purpose to swing by the BK at The Citadel and pick me up some for breakfast. I also knew how long it would take me to go through the drive thru and get to work so if I was running late I could figure out if could still stop and get some. They are Luckily I have been able to stay away from them because of the potatoes since surgery. And you are RIGHT WE CAN DO THIS!!!! Julie
