Okay, if you are less than 18months out, stop reading now.... haha, I found today at the store, Sugar Free OREO'S!!! I am so excited, and yes, they are they best thing I have had in over 18 months!!! I will be 18months on the 24th of this month, wow, that flew by. I just had to have one, had not had something that good in forever!!! I might pay for it later, but we will see. Love ya!!! Just wanted to share the Oreo's with those who can handle the sugar alcohol.....also the 100 calories for 2 cookies, which was more than enough for me. Deb

Hey Everyone, I am starting to get those cravings back for sweets!!!!!! YUCK!!!!!!! I am going back on my old "diet".......but really a way of life, not a diet. I just ordered 2 small containers of Protein Delite, Tropical Blast, my fav after surgery, and chocolate, tastes like a Wendy's Frosty. I have got to get this under control before I see anything show up on the scale. I am just taking precautionary measures, and I am STILL hanging out at 144lbs or 145lbs. I am VERY happy With my weight at this point, but even though I am not eating a lot of stuff, a few jelly beans over the past couple of days, just really wigs me out. I have been SO GOOD for 18 months (on the 24th) I decided to up my protein as I know I have been low lately. I have been leaving hard boiled eggs in the fridge, and also salads, fresh fruit and baked chicken....just good stuff. I don't usually eat sweets, but once I suppose your body has a small taste of it, you tend to crave it more, so I am nipping it in the bud!!!! Anyone else over 12 months going thru this too??? I just got into 4's and my tiny tummy isn't going to throw those 4's away!!! Deb

Hi Deb. I will be 18 months May 4th and yes, I find if I eat one or two bad things (including white carbs) the "monster" comes back to haunt me. I still have another 40 lbs. to get off and I am doing all the "right" stuff to try to get them off. I just pray the scales will start moving again. I guess I will have to wait until I get to "goal" to try those Oreo's, but they sure sound good! Susann

OK Deb STEP AWAY FROM THE COOKIES. I am 13 months out and that sweet tooth of mine started rearing its ugly head about 3 mths ago and that is what I have to tell myself, Step away from the cookies. But I will admit, I have given in. But you seem to have your mind around it, so you are on the right track. Julie

I'm such a nut case, I'm only 3 mths out but read the post anyway and wow the cookies sound great. But hey, I couldn't eat them even if I could find them so I guess that's a plus. I used to be a huge chocolate fan (had to eat some everyday or I would bite someones head off) but oddly enough I don't have a single craving for it. Weird?!? But Dr.B did say that my taste would probably change. Robin

Normally I don't, but just that time you have to have something sweet, it tasted exactly the same as an oreo, from what I remember, so it was yummy. ;) Most times I crave salads and fruit, but I suppose all the candy made me want the cookie. Most times bread and SF cookies and bagels go bad in my house before they are used. Love ya, Deb

I am so afraid of dumping. Well, I'm afraid I'll be able to handle sugar too. Then I'll be right back hooked on soda's and Little Debbie cakes. I'm still having a problem of wanting to eat at all. Easter morning I had steamed crab leggs while cooking Easter dinner for everyone else. Think protein. But now that I think of it, a tall cold glass of milk and a few Oreo's do sound good? Deb

Do you know I found myself in Wal-mart yesterday looking for those Oreo's? I never found them, that was probably a good thing. Deb
