Icky subject-----colon cleaning
You can always pick up a jug of...get this..."GOlytle" at CVS. That is what alot of docs order before a colonoscopy or a bottle of magnesium citrate. Both can be purchased at any drug store. I must warn you to BEWARE. I would never...in a million years....drink either unless I absolutely had to!

Thanks for the advise. I have a friend who took pills she got a Gardners and said it was not too bad. She just worried with the bypass if it would be a problem to take.
Listen, I am not goin to be able to go out to eat after, I have to pick Kayla up from sign language class tonight, if you were going to bring those clothes you told me about last week, I will get them fro you at the office ok?

We did not stay for the meeting, Dr. Russell announced he is leaving and we are getting a female therapist or whatever. My daughter did not go to sign language class after all.

Well, some of the pills can swell in your tummy, so also read up on that. I also wanted to do this, but when I had a test, they said the cit. mag. but it is fizzy, so no fizzy drinks. I just use MOM each day after I eat dinner if I feel full and consitpated, and it works for me.
Also, eating lots of grapes, well, as much as you can.....and water, and dried prunes, will also clean you out but good.
