Putting this out there later than usual. I went home from work sick today. STOMACH BUG!!! AAAUURRGGGHHH!! Bfast: Eggs Snack: Nothing - Puked at work Lunch - leftover steak and zucchini - immediate nausea followed by diarrhea Snack: nothing, slept more tummy troubles Dinner - I don't know. All I want is some cold water Alrighty then...I hope this only lasts 24 hours. Our fridge is on the fritz now and I asked Dave not to call a serviceman to our house today becasue it smells AWFUL in here.... TMI, sorry, but I know you will all love me anyway... How about you guys??? Kathy

Not doing to good today. Boy, that sounds like the story of my life lately! lol. Breakfast: CIB with protein Lunch: about 5 bites of General Tso's chicken and about 3 bites of white rice Snack: Umm...1 pack of peanut butter nabs...I know, I know. bad, bad girl. Dinner: Something light. Don't know yet. Drink: Unsweet tea Exercise: None. Going to lay on the couch tonight and do NOTHING!

hope u feel better kathy!!! i feel blahhh today b- skinny latte' decaf with sugar free vanilla syrup s-peanut butter crackers l-bagel bites s-sunflower seeds d-dunno yet.. trying to decide if i feel up to going to the meeting if not then something easy and to bed! im so tired p.s. i called dianne about where to go so she will be there at 7! jen

Hope your get to feeling better soon. We passed that stomach thing around our house last month. Not much fun. B- hot tea - granola bar S- 3 pieces of shrimp L - piece of leftover Easter ham and hardboiled egg D- Something from Panera (See ya'll there) Water - Plenty Vitamins- Yup - all in Exercise - Just running up and down the stairs all day Colleen

Sorry to hear about the stomach bug. It is making it's way through my house. First, Samantha, then Mike started last night, and Joseph as soon as he walked in the door from school. Katie and I are going to run away I think As far as my menu for today.......well let's just say OH MY and I will do better tomorrow!!! Feel better soon!!! Melissa

Hi Kathy. Sorry you don't feel so good. Hope you get better quick! My day went fair today...I ate: Protein shake (w/tsp. peanut butter/no milk) on way to work Breakfast - hard boiled egg Lunch - 1/2 of chef salad w/ranch dressing Snack - package of heart healthy nuts Dinner - Not sure yet but will do either a salad with chicken or a wendy's chili...gotta decide... Snack tonight - another protein shake (tryin to up my protein if I can) water - Yep - up to 70 ozs. so far and day not over Vits - yep Exercise - going to gym to work out tonight...... How come I am not losing when I feel like I am doing everything I am supposed to?????

Well, it was back to work for me today and I needed to get back in my schedule. bfast - skinny latte with SF syrup snack - protein bar lunch - leftover meatloaf and tater tots snack - SF pudding and cheese its (OPPS) Dinner - don't know yet water - a lot exercise - going in a little bit vit - opps - forgot

I'm so sorry you're not feeling well B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and about 5 wheat crackers, 1 cup of coffee S: nothing L: Weigh****chers Turkey and Mashed Taters Dinner S: 2 oz of PepperJack cheese and 4 wheat crackers D: Nothing YET.. I'm sipping on a glass of wine as I type this The grilled chicken salad in my frig is calling my name tho.. so I might eat that.. not sure yet! I hope you get to feeling better

Auuug, are you really going to make me answer this??? I was sick yesterday but today is better. Hmmmm, lunch I had a turkey/swiss/tomato/lettuce/red onion sandwich from Quizno's....but I never eat much of the bread when I have a sandwich, I eat the insides and a tiny bit of bread. I had 3 jelly beans all day, the good ones too....jellybelly....couldn't resist!!! I hate candy in the house!! Dinner I had baked chicken breast, not a lot though, meats fill me up fast, maybe 3 bites? Corn on the cob-3 bites, salad with a boiled egg in it - 5 bites, 2 bits, like 2 pcs of macaroni and cheese. Later I had about 4 almonds with some raisins, I make my own trail mix so I can put my own stuff in it.....honey roasted nuts, plain almonds, pitted cherries-dried, and raisins- mixed dried fruits. I had about 3 chopped strawberries and about 4 grapes and 2 pcs of honeydew (mixed fruit salad) with whipped fat free whipped cream on top. I love this, and its good for you too. I later, just a few minutes ago had 2 Sugar Free Oreos, yes you read that right!!! I FOUND SF OREOS in the store today!!! 2 of them are 100calories, yuck, but when you are craving something sweet, like an oreo, and its been 18 months since you have had an oreo, man o man were they the best oreos in the whole wide world!! They do have sugar alcohol, so I may pay for this later. I am drinking propel, as always.....but I need more. Oh, I also eat every night about 5 saltines with my vitamins so I don't get nauseated.

Sorry you are sick Kathy, hope you feel better soon!! I missed that when I first read your post. I usually don't eat breakfast, but I need to get more protein in, but eggs unless they are fried or boiled, make me sick!! What is a skinny latte?? I do Starbucks SF Vanilla, NonFat Latte about 3x a week. I snack on nuts and dried fruits most days, I also do real fruit, bananas and I try to eat some stouffers mac and cheese, lots of protein. I still don't count carbs, but I do count protein and sugar and I am DOWN!!! I forgot to look for CIB today, how much protien is in that drink?? Love ya!!! I need my hips done fur sure soon!!! Deb
