Happy Easter to all my friends here on OH. I love you all. Please tell how your Easter went today. And what you ate. I had no candy!!! I had a t spoon each of Potato salad, brown rice, mac and cheese, and a very small piece of ham. But it was better than not getting to eat anything. Love to all..Jennifer..and Gabriel, our 4 year old had a blast. The Easter bunny brought him all kinda stuff. Stuff I will have to pick up for weeks. And his Easter Bunny melted on the way home in his hands....HAHA..But he is still happy.

Happy Easter Jennifer. I did well today. I ate an egg, a couple of bites of ham, a little potato salad and a spoon full of baked beans. Our family had a picnic at Wannamaker Park. A little chily, but we had a great time! Susann

I didn't do too bad today. I wasn't really hungry but I managed to eat just a little bit (1 or 2 bites) of ham, roast beef, potato salad, mac & cheese, butter beans, and 1/2 of a home made biscuit. Oh, and a couple bites of collards. Yumm! My sister in law made me some sugar free (I think) greek pastry called Galactoboro (sp?). It's like an egg custard wrapped in a filo shell. She made it with some sort of unprocessed sugar but I think it is not "dump-free". I tried a little bit of it and it was so good. I'll know in a liitle while if it makes me dump. I hope not! Susan

Happy Easter! I too was able to stay away from the candy...but it has been SOOOO hard! The only indulgence i had was two sugar-free chocolate chip cookies! I had a few bites of ham, mac & cheese, green beans and, OF COURSE, a deviled egg! We hunted eggs in my parent's yard a few times (and found them all for the first time in MANY years!). The kids then wanted to do an egg toss...I was a spectator on that one! They (my dtr, niece and nephew) had a great time! It was fun to just be able to kick back and relax for a while! Now I'm working on our income taxes...what fun! I hope you all have a wonderfully blessed day! Melanie

I didn't go to bed until about 2am cooking and getting things preped for today. I started the day off with steamed crabs legs for breakfast. Think Protein. I cooked green beans w/ potato's mac and cheese deviled eggs ham turkey mac salad potato salad broc casserole Rose's orange stuff I got up early and had everything done by 11am. Over slept for church. I went to visit my sister that had surgery on her knee and took her dinner and visited with her for a few hours. Trent washed up our vehicles and got them all "purdy". My mom, her male friend, my sister and my great neice all came over and ate. We watched the latest Rockey movie, while I fought the burn in my eye balls. I ate a bite of turkey, a bite of green beans and a bite of mac and cheese. After that settled, I ate Rose's orange stuff...three times. I sent lots of food home with mom and I know the boys and Trent will clean out the fridge in the next couple of days. I haven't eaten much in the past 3 days, but I feel like I made up for it today. My sister always brings us a little easter basket, and this time it had a bag of sugar free chocolate in it for me. I am so full of orange stuff right now, I can't even think of eating chocolate, sugar free or not. I am so glad everyone had a great day. It was beautiful. Please remember the reason for Easter, Jesus arose!!!!!! Deb
